CRIME LOG: Police Allege Man Continues to Contact Ex from Prison

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Amanda L. Carey, 34, of Deering, was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on April 16, on a warrant. An officer was sent to the area around Concord Hospital for a report of a domestic disturbance inside a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Dispatch said there was a warrant issued on Feb. 27, by the Campton Police Department for Carey, for issuing bad checks. The officer located the Jeep, with three occupants, two adults and a child, in the parking lot outside the ER. The operator of the vehicle alleged that he and Carey had a verbal argument about not having enough money for gas to get home. A witness reported that the argument was not physical between the two. The officer also did not observe any injuries between the two. Carey also reportedly confirmed the argument never became physical. She was later arrested on the warrant. Carey was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Plymouth District Court on May 6.
  • David Shipp Brown, 49, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on April 16, and charged with operating without a valid license and bench warrant from Keene District Court for speeding, nonappearance in court, issued on April 8. While on South Main Street, an officer reported that a man in a Subaru right in front of him appeared to be acting nervously, looking into his rearview mirror at the police cruiser a number of times. The officer requested a motor vehicle check and it reported that Brown had a warrant out for his arrest, with an inactive license status. The officer pulled the Subaru over at the Prompto Oil Change on South Main Street. Brown, according to the report, handed the officer a license that expired in 2008. When asked if he had an active license in another location, Brown allegedly said Washington, D.C., but dispatch could not locate an active license there. Another officer arrived and Brown was arrested. Brown was released on $100 personal recognizance bail and has a May 20 court date.
  • Wayde MacDaid, 18, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on April 17, on a taking without owner consent charge from March 1, on Manchester Street near the I-93 interchange. MacDaid turned himself into police and was booked without incident. He was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on May 20.
  • Marissa Marie McDougall, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on April 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge from June 26, 2012, from an alleged incident at Tandy’s Top Shelf in Eagle Square. McDougall turned herself into police. She was later released on $2,000 personal recognizance and has a court date on May 20.
  • Ryan J. Emerson, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on April 17, on a warrant. An officer was informed that Emerson was wanted on a 12-hour domestic arrest warrant out of Franklin and might be on Millstream Lane. The officer went to the address and saw Emerson’s 2011 Nissan Sentra parked at the building. Other officers were called to the scene, with Boscawen officers arriving to assist. A Boscawen officer watched the rear of the building while the officer knocked on the front door. Ryan reportedly answered the door and was taken into custody. Franklin Police met up with the officer and took custody of Emerson.
  • Gary R. Lavellee, 57, of Concord, received a summons at 2:10 p.m. on April 18, on a simple assault (other) charge from Feb. 12, on Manchester Street. He is due in court on May 20.
  • Anthony McMann, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on April 18, on a violation of a protective order; penalty. An officer was sent to Penacook Street for a report of a restraining order violation. The couple at the home reported that their grandson, McMann, reportedly had been knocking at the door earlier in the day, in violation of the order which is set to last through Nov. 20. The couple did not allow him in the house and told him to go away but he allegedly refused to leave. After the couple called police, McMann reportedly left. An officer later found him at the Checkmate Pizza on Washington Street. During questioning, McMann denied being at the home and allegedly said he had been at the courthouse checking in with his diversion program. The officer wrote since it was reasonable for McMann to make it from Penacook Street to Washington Street in the time between being found and the alleged incident, he was arrested. McMann was held without bail and was arraigned on April 19.
  • Elizabeth C. Martin, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on April 19, on a bench warrant. An officer was driving on Storrs Street under the Legislative Parking Garage when a Ford Explorer was spotted with two individuals in the vehicle. The vehicle was not running and due to the late hour, the officer reportedly made contact with the two. While running a check, Martin’s name came up on a nonappearance in court warrant from April 17, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested and later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on May 20.
  • Patrick Christian Zurline, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on April 19, on three counts of violation of a protective order; penalty. Police allege that Zurline communicated with his ex-girlfriend on Chablis Terrace, on April 9, and twice on April 18, in violation of a protective order. Police took a letter and envelope into evidence. Zurline, who is at the New Hampshire State Prison, was transported to court to be arraigned on April 19, and then taken back into custody by the Department of Corrections.
  • Timothy Smith, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on April 19, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to the park and ride looking for a subject that was reportedly checking out cars in the lot. While at the lot, an officer ran into Smith and ran a check on him. According to the computer, Smith was wanted on a warrant from Feb. 7, 2012, for contempt of court, with $352.50 cash to settle. Smith, according to the officer, is currently a resident at the North End House of the prison and was out looking for jobs. Smith reportedly told the officer that he had been in prison since January 2012 and at the halfway house since August 2012. Smith had a court date on April 22.
  • Reginald Everett Green Jr., 23, of Concord, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on April 19, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. While on Airport Road, an officer reportedly saw a Chevrolet Impala drive by without an inspection sticker. The vehicle was stopped at Airport Road. The officer spoke to the driver, Green, who allegedly stated that he hadn’t had time to get the vehicle inspected. The registration for the vehicle showed that it was registered on March 29. Green reportedly gave the officer a Connecticut ID card and dispatch reported that it was suspended in that state on Dec. 17, 2012. Green also previously had a operating after suspension conviction from Sept. 23, 2009. He was arrested and later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on May 20.
  • Julianne Cheryl Heath, 18, of Concord, received a summons at 10:40 p.m. on April 19, for negligent driving. On April 16, officers were parked at the Walmart parking lot when one allegedly observed a 1990 Dodge pickup make a sudden left hand turn on the Walmart access road, driving into the grass. When the truck made its way off the grass, it drove over a curb and caused the headlights to bounce, the officer alleged. After pulling the truck over, the officer asked the driver, Heath, why she drove over the grass and she reportedly said she didn’t know. The officer reported that there was another passenger and an infant in the truck cab. She is due in court on May 20.
