CRIME LOG: Barnstead Man Arrested for Second DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kaitlyn Rollins, 20, of Warner, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Nov. 1, on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Oct. 21, on Washington Street in Penacook. While on another call with another officer at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Fisherville Road, an officer noticed that Rollins, who had an active warrant, was sitting on the passenger side of a pickup truck in the parking lot. The officer asked Rollins to come over to the cruiser and she reportedly stated, “Let’s get this over with,” and turned around, with both hands behind her back. She was later released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 9.

Keith Andrew Reuter, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 2, on two bench warrants. Officers were sent to I-93 and Loudon Road for a report of a panhandler in the road. The officers spotted a man who turned away from them and fled the area but the police caught up to him. The man, Reuter, was reportedly new to the area but had warrants from Hooksett District Court on Oct. 28, for a narcotics charge with $100 cash to settle. A second charge was from Manchester District Court from Oct. 29, for breach of bail, $1,000 cash to settle. Reuter was arrested, held, and arraigned on Nov. 4.

Kayla Ray, 22, of Concord, received a summons at 3:25 p.m. on Nov. 3, on a theft charge. Gavin Ray, of Concord, received a summons at 3:25 p.m. on Nov. 3, on a criminal liability for conduct of another charge. Officers were called to Sears on Loudon Road for a report of two shoplifters in custody. Upon arrival they met with loss prevention employees who had the couple in an office. The employee stated that he had been watching the two individuals on surveillance cameras in the store. The man reportedly purchased a pillow and was given a bag with the purchase and the two reportedly kept walking around the store. The woman allegedly put items in a shopping cart and went to the changing area. Later, the employee alleged that the two left the changing area, and there were no items in the shopping cart. Both the couple again walked through the store and allegedly selected more items and put them into a cart. They then returned to the changing area and later, there were not items in the cart again, the employee alleged. The employee checked the changing area to see if there were items left in the room and there weren’t any items. The employee later caught up Kayla Ray as she left the mall and allegedly found eight clothing items that hadn’t been paid for in the pillow bag. The items totaled nearly $178. The employee later reached out to the Gavin Ray and he returned to the office where Kayla Ray was being held. They are due in court on Dec. 9.

Tasha N. Goff, 23, of Laconia, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Nov. 4, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). While stopped at the intersection of Loudon Road and Route 106, an officer observed a 2009 Hyundai Sonata in front of the cruiser with an expired registration. The officer ran a check on the car and found that it was unregistered and the owner had a suspended license. The car was stopped on Route 106 north. Goff reportedly said she knew about the registration but didn’t know about the suspension and she was arrested. The mother of a child in the car came to the scene to take custody of her child. Goff’s license was suspended on Sept. 5. She was also convicted of operating after suspension on Aug. 26, in Ossipee District Court. She was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 16.

Jon Alan Daigle, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Nov. 7, on two bench warrants. Officers were called an apartment at Garvins Falls Road to check on the welfare of a child. One of the officers was told that Daigle might have a bench warrant and they waited to get confirmation from dispatch. Dispatch confirmed that Daigle was due in Franklin District Court for nonappearance in court on Sept. 13, on receiving stolen property and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent charges, with $500 cash to settle. Bedford Police also had a warrant on a receiving stolen property charge from July 2. Daigle was arrested and didn’t have the money to post bail so he was arraigned remotely.

Ramiro Ybarra, 45, of Barnstead, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 8, and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, second offense, driving without giving proof, driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operating-misd), and drivers license prohibitions. Officers were called to Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road for a report of an impaired driver. Upon arrival, Concord officers, along with a Chichester officer, spoke to a man inside of a 2006 Jeep. The Chichester officer reported receiving a complaint about the driver being all over the road as the Jeep traveled into Concord. The reporting officer alleged that the driver, Ybarra, smelled like alcohol and had glassy eyes with dilated pupils. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was later arrested. During a check of his license and registration, dispatch noted that both were suspended on Sept. 24. He had also been convicted of aggravated driving while intoxicated on Sept. 30, 2008. In the Jeep, one officer alleged, were 10 empty 25-ounce cans of Natty Daddy in the passenger seat and two cans behind the driver’s seat. Ybarra was released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Nov. 25.

Dean Francis York, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. on Nov. 9, and charged with two counts of simple assault (personal weapons), criminal mischief (vandalism), and obstructing report of crime or injury. Officers were called to Dunklee Street for a report of a man alleging that his girlfriend hit him during a fight. Upon arrival, officers heard the couple arguing on a second floor landing, and they separated the parties. The woman reportedly stated that after coming home for work, she was having a beer when York exited a shower and reportedly started yelling at her. They began to argue about sleeping arrangements and the woman alleged that York spat in her face two or three times so she left so he could cool off. She took a walk for about a half an hour and had a cigarette. When she returned, York was allegedly “still drinking” and was impaired, according to the report, with the officer noticing empty beer cans around the living area of the apartment. The woman decided to leave for the night and pulled out her iPhone to call her mother but York allegedly accused her of calling police and reportedly grabbed the phone out of her hand and began smashing it against a counter. When she attempted to leave again, he allegedly shoved her out onto the porch, causing her to fall down. While she was on the ground, York allegedly began slamming the porch door against her feet. The officer reported that the woman had bloody toes, according to the report. York reported that the two had been fighting but he went to bed and she allegedly punched him, four or five times, on the left side of his face, according to the report. “I did not observe any swelling or redness to his face which would corroborate his account of tonight’s events,” the officer wrote. York was then arrested. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 16.

Shaun Shattuck, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Nov. 10, on a disorderly conduct charge. Officers were called to a domestic at an apartment on North State Street. Shattuck, who was reportedly intoxicated, according to the report, alleged that he was choked by his father. The officer noted that Shattuck had red marks on his neck and chest. Inside the home, the father alleged that Shattuck entered the home “highly intoxicated and started yelling at him.” Later, he allegedly “lunged at him in a threatening manner,” according to the report. The father said he pushed him away in self-defense. After the situation was cleared, Shattuck agreed to leave the residence but later, allegedly started yelling and screaming obscenities of the parking lot of the apartment building. One of the officers requested Shattuck to be quiet a number of times but he allegedly refused and was arrested. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance and is due in court on Dec. 16.

Prem B. Darjee, 46, of Concord, received a summons at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 11, for operating without a valid license. An officer was sent to East Side Drive and the Royal Garden Apartments for a report of a two-car crash between a Mitsubishi and a Dodge Caravan. After discussing what happened, Darjee was reportedly found to be at fault for the accident. He didn’t have a license, however, and was issued a small summons. He’s due in court on Dec. 9.

Scott E. Cross, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Nov. 12, and charged with two counts of duty to report, one a felony, and two counts of change of registration information; duty to inform, one a felony. According to a court document, police began looking into Cross' address registration on July 29, when he supposedly resided in an apartment on South State Street, according to a July 8 form he filled out after being released from prison. Officers made visits to the apartment twice earlier in the month and couldn't find him. On July 27, a tenant at the apartment told police that Cross never lived there, he allegedly only stayed there one night. On Aug. 13, Cross' probation officer reported that he provided an address in Hooksett but was not found to be living there either. On Aug. 14, an arrest warrant was issued for Cross. Cross, according to court documents, was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in May 1992. He had been convicted four previous felony convictions for failing to report in 2009 and 2011, in Hillsborough County Superior Court. Concord officers were sent to Boston to pick up Cross who was arrested by the Boston Police on Oct. 15, and allegedly failed to notify about changes in his living situation. He refused bail and was arraigned on Nov. 13.
