Concord Teen Indicted in Stabbing

Tyler Burley, three other teens, facing charges in Dec. 3 incident.

A Concord teen has been indicted in connection with a Dec. 3 stabbing on Heartwood Lane, the Union Leader is reporting.

Tyler Burley, 17, of 3 S. Main St., Apt. 209, was indicted by a Merrimack County grand jury on felony charges of first degree assault and riot, the newspaper said. He was also indicted on misdemeanor offenses of simple assault and resisting arrest. He is accused of on Dec. 3 at 15 Heartwood Lane.

Three others, Joseph Bye, Dustin Averill and Andrew Sajko were also indicted in connection with the Dec. 3 incident, the Union Leader reported. Sajko was indicted on a felony riot charge and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, simple assault and resisting arrest. Averill and Bye were indicted on felony riot and misdemeanor simple assault charges.
