Concord Man Faces Drug, Alcohol Charges

Allegedly had open bottles of gin in his car.

A local man is facing numerous charges after allegedly being caught with marijuana and open containers of gin.

Seth D. Head, 21, of Concord, was arrested on April 4, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, suspended registration (operating-misd), driving after revocation or suspension, and transportation of alcohol/open container.

According to an arrest report, Head was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Phenix Avenue.

In the report, police allege that Head was in possession of marijuana in a glass smoking pipe and two glass pipes with marijuana residue in them, at the time of his arrest.

Police also reportedly seized an open 375 ml bottle of Tangueray gin and an open 750 ml bottle of Beefeater gin at the time of the arrest.

Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
