Concord, Barnstead Men Get Into Scuffle at Everett Arena

Both face simple assault charges.

The problems in and around the homeless camp and Everett Arena area continue, according to recent arrests and incidents reports from the Concord Police Department.

The latest involved two men, one from Barnstead and one from Concord, who were reportedly acquaintances and allegedly involved in a fight last week.

On Oct. 11, Concord Police arrested Alexander L. Gillis, 18, of Concord, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge, at 4:30 p.m. outside the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.

Tyler B. Castrogiovanni, 21, of Barnstead, was issued a summons at 4:30 p.m.

Both were alleged to have assaulted each other.

There was no indication in the reports why one person was arrested and one received a summons.

Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 for Gillis and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

No court information was released about Castrogiovanni.
