Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 8, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Cory Holton, 32, of Salisbury, was arrested on Sept. 3, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Bog Road. Police allege that Holton assaulted an ex-spouse. Holton is due back in court on Oct. 4.
• Robert Hall, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 3, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container, Possession Of Drugs, and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 9:53 p.m. at on Manchester Street. According to police, Hall was in possession of marijuana. He is due back in court on Oct. 4.
• Justine Belyea, 31, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 4, on two Bench Warrants. She was arrested on Canal Street and is due in court on Oct. 4. At 2:35 p.m., Belyea was arrested again and charged with two counts of Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, two counts of Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and on count of Disobeying An Officer. She was allegedly driving on Fisherville Road at the time of the arrest.
• Mark Kibbee, 37, of Franklin, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 1:02 a.m. on Warren Street. According to police, Kibbee allegedly broke a coffee table valued at $75.
• Christopher Paquette, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a False Inspection Or Registration Sticker charge. He was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on North Main Street. Paquette is due back in court on Oct. 5.
• Theresa Bissonnette, 31, of Pembroke, was arrested on Sept. 5, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs, Possession Of Prescription Drugs Without Prescription, and a Warrant. She was arrested 6:46 p.m. on Loudon Road just before its intersection with I-93.
• Michael Sharon, 30, of Plymouth, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a Theft charge. He was arrested at 2:39 p.m. at on Loudon Road at the Steeplegate Mall. Sharon is due back in court on Oct. 5.
