Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 27, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • William Stokes, 39, of Franklin, was arrested on Sept. 17, on one count of Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD). He was arrested on Loudon Road. Stokes is due back in court on Oct. 26.
  • John Leahey, 49, of Concord, was arrested in Sept. 19, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at on Fort Eddy Road. Leahey has a court date on Oct. 19.
  • Crystal Joy, 27, of Loudon, was arrested on Sept. 21, on a Theft charge. Police allege that Joy stole an item or items from on Fort Eddy Road. She is due back in court on Oct. 26.
  • Jennifer Brunsell, 34, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 23, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense. She was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on North Main Street. Brunsell is due back in court on Oct. 26.
  • Christopher Pacanza, 18, of Swanzey, was arrested on Sept. 23, on an Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol charge. He was arrested at 2:14 a.m. in an apartment at the on North Main Street. Pacanza is due back in court on Oct. 26.
  • Trevor Carignan, 18, of Derry, was arrested on Sept. 23, on an Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol charge. He was arrested at 2:14 a.m. in an apartment at the Gas Lighter Restaurant on North Main Street. Carignan is due back in court on Oct. 26.
  • Nicholas Geddes, 23, of Bow, was arrested on Sept. 23, and charged with Prohibited Sales; Alcoholic Beverages and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 2:14 a.m. in an apartment at the Gas Lighter Restaurant on North Main Street. Geddes has a court date set for Oct. 26.
  • Ryan Nitz, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 23, and charged with Prohibited Sales; Alcoholic Beverages and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 2:14 a.m. in an apartment at the Gas Lighter Restaurant on North Main Street. He is due back in court on Oct. 26.
