Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 22, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Sarah Rix, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. Police allege she assaulted someone on Aug. 10. Rix is due back in court on Sept. 27.
  • Patrick Talbot, 34, of Weare, was arrested on Sept. 16, and charged with Habitual Offender and Disobeying An Officer. He was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on North Fruit Street. Talbot has a court date set for Oct. 17.
  • Rebecca Coughlin, 27, of Salibury, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Sept. 16, on a Theft charge. Police allege Coughlin stole an item from WalMart on Loudon Road. She is due back in court on Oct. 18.
  • Christian Adams, 19, of Barnstead, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 16, on a Theft charge. Police allege Adams stole an item from WalMart on Loudon Road. He had a court date last week.
  • Christopher Maltais, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Second Offense. He was arrested at 7:18 p.m. at the Dunkin Donuts on South Main Street.
  • Lorenzo Wilson, 22, of Columbia, S.C., was arrested on Sept. 16, on a Peddler License Required charge. He was arrested 1:55 p.m. on Auburn Street. Wilson is due back in court on Oct. 17.
  • Joshua Dashnaw, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 16, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. The charges stem from an incident at the South End Laundromat on Downing Street on Sept. 6. Dashnow is due back in court on Oct. 17.
  • John Letendre, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 17, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Disobeying An Officer. He was arrested at 8 p.m. at the Shell station on Sheep Davis Road. Letendre has a court date set for Oct. 18.
  • Keith Harabuda, 29, of Newbury, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Sept. 17, on a Consumption Of Liquor On Private Property charge. He was arrested at the parking lot and is due back in court on Oct. 25.
  • Stephen Flanders, 49, of Plymouth, was arrested on Sept. 17, on a Bench Warrant and a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 2:56 p.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. Flanders is due back in Franklin District Court on Oct. 25.
  • Angelina Sands, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on Sept. 18, on a Theft Of Services charge. Police allege that the victim in the case was Parkview Place on Loudon Road. Sands has a court date set for Oct. 19.
  • Ruthann Fox, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Sept. 18, on a Negligent Driving charge. She was arrested at the WalMart on Loudon Road and is due back in court on Oct. 26.
  • Martin Smock-Joyal, 20, of Boscawen, was arrested on Sept. 18, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Possession Of Drugs, Possession Of Controlled Drugs, Misuse Or Failure To Display Plates, and Driving Without Giving Proof. He was arrested at 2:05 p.m. in Keach Park and police allege he was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Smock-Joyal is due back in court on Oct. 19.
  • Gregory Smart, 22, of Pembroke, was arrested on Sept. 18, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.) and Public Disposal Of Human Waste-City. He was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Pitman Street. Police allege that the victim in the cases were Smart’s girlfriend and . Smart had a court date last week.
