Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 27, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Eric Sauter, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. He was arrested at 1:40 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Sauter is accused of taking about $24 worth of items, including a razor, a plaid shirt, beef jerky, and a can of Red Bull. Sauter has a court date set for Nov. 21.
  • Roy Aikens, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a Criminal Trespass charge. He was arrested at 3:53 p.m. at on Storrs Street. Aikens is due back in court on Nov. 21. Previously, Aikens was reportedly arrested on June 28, and charged with Simple Assault (personal weapons), Resisting Arrest or Detention, and two Default or Breach of Bail Conditions.
  • Matthew Perry, 29, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, on two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on West Street. Police allege the victim in the case was a woman. Perry had a follow up court date on Oct. 25. Previously, Perry was arrested on Aug. 18, and charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs and a Bench Warrant.
  • Shara Ashley, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Oct. 24, and charged with two counts of False Report To Law Enforcement. Police allege that Ashley filed the false reports on July 12, at the Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive, and the Sixth District Circuit Court of Concord on 32 Clinton Street, on Oct. 3.
  • Joshua Taylor, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, and charged with Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Lilac Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was a employee. Taylor had a court date on Oct. 25. Previously, Taylor was reportedly arrested on Oct. 22, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism).
  • Michael Hicks, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on North Curtisville Road. Hicks had a court date on Oct. 25. Hicks was reportedly arrested on July 12, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Indecent Exposure or Lewdness, Resisting Arrest or Detention, and Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, etc.). He was arrested in Terrill Park.
  • Timothy Begeal, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 25, on a Bench Warrant. He had a court date on Oct. 25. Previously, Begeal was reportedly arrested on Aug. 5, on a Bench Warrant.
  • aka Jane Emery, 29, of Contoocook, was arrested at 3:52 a.m. on Oct. 25, and charged with Second Degree Assault (Motor Vehicle) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), both felonies. He was also charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Conduct; Place Another In Danger. He was arrested on West Street. Emery was held without bail.
