Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 25, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Bryon Ruff, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 18, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), one count Simple Assault (Other), two counts of Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), False Imprisonment, and Criminal Trespass. Police allege the incidents took place on Village Street on Nov. 2, and that the victims in the case were three acquaintances of Ruff’s. He was held on $7,000 cash bail and had a court date on Nov. 21. Previously, Ruff was reportedly arrested on July 22, and charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct or Another, Bail Jumping, and a Bench Warrant.
  • Richard Hewey, 20, of Warner, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 18, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Criminal Trespass, and False Imprisonment. Police allege the incidents took place on Village Street on Nov. 2, and are connected to the incidents with the Ruff arrest. Hewey had a court date on Nov. 18. Previously, Hewey was reportedly arrested on Nov. 6, on a Bench Warrant. He was also charged with Littering; Penalties. He was also reportedly arrested on July 15, on a Bench Warrant, and on June 15, on a Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer charge and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions.
  • Jennifer Lyons, 32, of Deering, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on Nov. 18, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. Police allege that the incident involved a $20 bill on Sept. 9. The victim in the case was Lyons’ employer, Capitol Kids Occupational Therapy on Hall Street. She is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Christopher Corliss, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 19, on three Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 12:45 a.m. at the on Village Street in Penacook.
  • Tamara Dukette, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on Storrs Street. Dukette has a court date on Jan. 9, 2012.
  • Krystie Perkins, 24, of Concord, was arrested 9:07 a.m. on Nov. 19, and charged with Conduct After An Accident. Police allege the incident occurred on Oct. 14, on Sewalls Falls Road. Perkins is due back in court on Dec. 5. Previously, Perkins was reportedly arrested on Nov. 9, and charged with False Report Of An Accident and on Sept. 12, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge.
  • Meghan Paquette, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Washington Street. Paquette had a court date on Nov. 21. Previously, Paquette was previously arrested on June 17, on two bench warrants. She was picked up on Concord Street at 1:23 a.m.
  • , 29, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 19, on two counts of Receiving Stolen Property. Police allege the incidents took place on Sept. 8, at a carport on Alton Woods Drive. Hooper is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Sakima Levy, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Nov. 19, on a Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, a felony charge. Police allege the incident took place at the at Sheep Davis Road on Sept. 11. The restaurant was also reportedly the victim in the case. Levy is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Derek Maltais, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a Negligent Driving charge. He was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on North State Street. Maltais reportedly struck a one-way street sign, valued at $100, in a 2001 Civic DX. Maltais is due back in court on Jan. 12, 2012. At around 12:49 a.m. on Nov. 20, Maltais was arrested on a warrant. He was picked up on High Ridge Trail.
