Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 22, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Leigh Lacasse, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on Nov. 17, on a Theft charge against on Fisherville Road. Police allege the theft occurred on Oct. 6. Lacasse is due back in court on Dec. 12.
  • Nathan Bell, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on Nov. 17, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, Receiving Stolen Property, False Report To Law Enforcement, and Receiving Stolen Property. Police allege that the incidents took place during the afternoon of Nov. 17. Victims in the case reportedly include the on 139 Loudon Road and an apartment and transportation terminal at . Bell was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 18. About two hours later, Bell was also charged with Theft and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), relating to incidents on Nov. 3. The alleged victim of those charges was on D’Amante Drive, according to a police report.
  • Walter Komisarek, 23, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Nov. 17, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. The victim in the case was reportedly . Police allege that the incident occurred on Sept. 9. Komisarek is due back in court on Dec. 12.
  • Donald Taylor, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Nov. 17, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. According to police, the incident occurred on July 30, on Fisherville Road. The alleged victim in the case was a male acquaintance. Taylor is due back in court on Dec. 12.
  • Kevin Burke, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Nov. 17, and charged with Second Degree Assault, a felony, two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Obstructing Report Of Crime Or Injury, and a Bench Warrant. Police allege the incidents took place on Canal Street and Village Street earlier in the afternoon. Burke was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 18. Previously, Burke was reportedly arrested on Oct. 16, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. Burke is due back in court on Nov. 22.
  • Betsy Griffin, 23, of Hooksett, was arrested on Nov. 18, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 1 a.m. on 3 Walker St. Police allege that the victim in the case was her boyfriend. Griffin is due back in court on Dec. 12. A couple of hours later, Griffin was arrested again and charged with Resisting Arrest Or Detention and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was released on $5,000 cash bail and had a follow up court date on Nov. 18.
