Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 10, 2011)

Andrew Labonte, 21, of Salisbury, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2011, and charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, etc.), and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on North Main Street about 15 minutes after reportedly vandalizing and leaving in . Labonte refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 7.

Kenneth Smith, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Nov. 5, 2011, on a Warrant. He was arrested at on Institute Drive. Smith was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 7.

Cassandra George, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2011,on a Reckless Operation charge. She was arrested at 1:32 p.m. on North State Street. Police allege that the victims in the case are a male sibling, an elderly man, and two other teenagers. George reportedly damaged or destroyed at black iron fence and another iron fence, with a combined value of $2,000. She has a court date set for Dec. 5.

Richard Hewey, 20, of Warner, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2011, on a Bench Warrant. He was also charged with Littering; Penalties. He was arrested at 8:03 p.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and I-93. Hewey had a court date on Nov. 7. Previously, Hewey was reportedly arrested on July 15, on a Bench Warrant. He was also arrested on June 15, and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, at the on Loudon Road.

Kelsi Pearl, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2011, and charged with Theft and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. Police allege that Pearl stole “two canned drinks” valued at $5 from the on Manchester Street at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 31. Pearl has a court date set for Dec. 5.

John Jol, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 7, 2011, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 7 p.m. at on Pleasant Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was a woman who was a stranger to Jol. He refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 8.

Sean Cooper, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2011, and charged with Registration Of Sex Offenders; Failure To Comply. Evidence in the case, according to police, was Cooper’s original June registration form and a statement from him, both dated Sept. 24, as well as other records. Cooper posted $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Dec. 5.

Paul Delerme, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 7, 2011, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on . Police allege the victim in the case was a female in-law. Delerme is due back in court on Dec. 5.

Michael Miller, 33, of Loveland, Colo., was arrested on Nov. 7, 2011, and charged with Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. He was arrested at 11:10 p.m. at on Pleasant Street and was held without bail. Police allege the victim in the case was woman. Miller had a court date on Nov. 8.

Samantha Casiano, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 8, 2011, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on West Street. Casiano refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 8.
