ARRESTS: Man Allegedly Pilfers $9K from Somersworth Woman

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Mario L. Gould, 23, of Concord, was arrested on March 12, on two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 9:07 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Gould’s bail was set at $40 and he had a court date on March 12.
  • , 29, of Concord, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on March 13, for Bail Jumping on Feb. 27. His cash bail was set at $2,000 and had a court date on March 14.
  • Catherine Marie Craig, 49, of Concord, was arrested on March 13, on a Possession Of Alcoholic Beverages – Public Property charge. She was arrested 8:40 p.m. at the intersection of North State and Pleasant streets. Police seized a bottle of Zhenka vodka from Craig at the time of her arrest. Her personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and she’s due in court on April 16.
  • Carolyn A. Warriner, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on March 13, on a Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.) charge. Police allege that Warriner threatened a female city employee earlier in the day in the Code Enforcement office of .
  • , 18, of Allenstown, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on March 14, on a Bench Warrant. His personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 16.
  • Richard A. Gregory, 61, of Concord, was arrested 12:38 p.m. on March 14, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). Police allege that he assaulted a female acquaintance on March 13, at the on North Main Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and Gregory had a court date on March 14.
  • Cory W. Porter, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on March 15, and charged with four counts of Fraudulent Use Of Credit Card, two of them felonies, and Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. The alleged victim in the case was a female senior citizen from Somersworth. The charges were based on alleged transactions issued on Sept. 18, 2011, at on Sheep Davis Road and on Loudon Road, as well as transactions on Sept. 18 and 19, 2011, at TD Bank on Sheep Davis Road. Police allege that Porter also stole a wallet and change purse, which were recovered on Sept. 28, 2011, and that he stole $9,580 on Feb. 22. Porter’s personal recognizance bail was set at $34,000 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 16.
  • Richard Gregory, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. on March 15, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). According to an arrest report, Gregory destroyed or damaged a pair of eyeglasses valued at $75 owned by a male senior citizen from Concord. The alleged incident occurred at the on Green Street on March 11. The senior was reportedly a stranger to Gregory. He had a court date on March 15.
