Concord Arrest Log (Dec. 9, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Tara Butts, 23, of Epsom, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on Nov. 18, and charged with Burglary and Conspiracy To Commit Burglary, both felonies. Police allege that the charges relate to an incident onBlackwater Road on Oct. 12. The report alleged that Butts tried to gain entry to the address via a “kicked in door.” The alleged victim in the case was a stranger to Butts, according to a police report. A Merrimack Valley School District employee reportedly discovered the crime. Butts had a court date on Nov. 21.
  • Ryan Morrill, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 26, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested around 1:30 a.m. on North Main Street. He has a court date set for Dec. 19.
  • Trevor Thibault, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 26, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol, Transportation Of Alcoholic Beverages By A Minor, Possession Of Drugs, and Possession of Controlled Drugs. The student was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Henniker Drive. Thibault is due back in court on Dec. 13.
  • Dalton Sirrine, 19, of Epsom, was arrested on Nov. 27, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Transportation Of Alcoholic Beverages By A Minor, and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 8:20 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Sirrine is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Jonathan Cappucci, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 29, and charged with two counts of Possession Of Controlled Drugs, on a felony. He was arrested at 11:40 a.m. at . The CHS student is alleged to been in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Cappucci is due back in court on Jan. 9.
  • Brandon Gomez, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 29, on a Bench Warrant out of the Manchester District Court. He was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at the . Gomez is due back in court on Dec. 13.
  • Colby Fournier, 20, of Hooksett, was arrested on Nov. 30, and charged with Transportation Of Alcohol Beverages By A Minor, Possession Of Controlled Drugs, Possession Of Drugs, Driving While Intoxicated, and Unlawful Possession Of Alcoho. He was arrested at 3 a.m. in the Durgin Block Parking Garage on Durgin Lane. Fournier is due back in court on Jan. 9.
  • Andrew Eschler, 48, of Hooksett, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with three counts of Theft and two counts of Attempt To Commit Theft From A Building. Police allege that the charges were based on incidents from Oct. 25, 27, 28, and 29, at the on D’Amante Drive. Eschler is scheduled to be back in court on Jan. 9, 2012.
  • Kevin McCormack, 27, of Loudon, was arrested on Nov. 30, and charged with Loitering and Misuse Or Failure To Display Plates. He was arrested at 3:29 p.m. at the on D’Amante Drive. He has a court date on Jan. 9, 2012.
  • Kyle Stevens, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 30, and charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Possession And Use Of Tobacco Products By Minors. The student was arrested at 5:20 p.m. in Rolfe Park in Penacook. Police allege that the victim in the case was Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street. Stevens is due back in court on Jan. 16, 2012.
  • Brianna Carmichael, 20, of Allenstown, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, Contributing To The Delinquency Of Minor, Endangering The Welfare Of Child/Incompetent. Police allege the victim in the case was on Loudon Road. Carmichael has a court date set for Jan. 9.
  • Kendar Chamberland, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking charge. Police allege she stole computer equipment from a residence on Pitman Street. The victim in the case, according to police, was an acquaintance of Chamberland’s. She has a court date set for Jan. 9, 2012.
  • Brian Casey, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a Violation Of Probation Or Parole charge. Police allege that the incident occurred at on Pleasant Street. Casey refused bail.
  • Tyler Castrogiovanni, 20, of Barnstead, was arrested on Nov. 30, and charged with Skateboarding In A Prohibited Area. He was arrested at 8:22 p.m. in the Durgin Block Parking Garage on Durgin Lane. Castrogiovanni is due back in court on Jan. 16.
  • Scott Lamson, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 30, and charged with Skateboarding In A Prohibited Area. He was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in the Durgin Block Parking Garage on Durgin Lane. Lamson has a court date scheduled for Jan. 16.
