ARRESTS: Two Concord Men Arrested At Sacred Heart Church

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Alexander I. Vincent-Smith, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Sept. 25, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stemmed from an alleged incident at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 19, at Sacred Heart Church on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Vincent-Smith assaulted a male acquaintance. A stainless steel folding knife with an eight-inch blade was seized from Vincent-Smith at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Bryan A. Case, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 19, at Sacred Heart Church on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim was an acquaintance who is a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Case is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Christopher J. Dow, 24, of Webster, was arrested on Oct. 6, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Village Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Dow is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.
  • Tony Bumpas, 23, a homeless man currently located in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 6, on a warrant out of Plymouth District Court. He was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Rollins Street. Cash bail was set at $494 and had a court date on Oct. 9.
  • Kirsten Lee Porter, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 6, on a warrant out of the Merrimack County Superior Court. She was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on Rollins Street. She was arraigned on Oct. 9.
  • Jonathan Mikel Degreenia, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Oct. 6, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 28, at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive. The alleged victim in the case was a man who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Degreenia is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.
  • Shaun D. White, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Oct. 6, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Sears on Loudon Road at 4 p.m. on Aug. 21. Cash bail was set at $10,000 and White had a court date on Oct. 9.
  • Tricia Bates, 49, of Hollis, was issued a summons at 12:50 a.m. on Oct. 7, for public disposal of human waste outside Pleasant Street Extension. She is due in court on Nov. 19.
  • John Taylor, 45, of Sherman Oaks, Calif., was issued a summons at 11:36 a.m. on Oct. 7, on an operating without a valid license. He was stopped at the intersection of Loudon Road and Stickney Avenue. Taylor is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Paige Spencer, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. on Oct. 7, and charged with forgery, a felony, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from alleged incidents that occurred on Alice Drive and Bank of New Hampshire on North Main Street on July 10. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was an acquaintance. Police allege that Spencer forged a check for $265. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Spencer is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 12.
  • Kendra Chamberland, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 7, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Washington Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and she had a court date on Oct.
