ARRESTS: Man Collared for Second DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Robert Donohue, 48, of Keene, was arrested on April 13, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 12:27 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that he stole $99.99 worth of groceries that were later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Donohue is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
  • Samuel A. Osterhout, 22, of Concord, was arrested on April 22, and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:40 a.m. at the intersection of North Main and Park streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. The UNH/Manchester student is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • , 22, of Concord, was arrested on April 27, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), theft; from a motor vehicle, resisting arrest or detention, prowling, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on South Spring Street. The alleged victim in the case was an 18-year-old Concord man. Centra was held on $10,000 cash bail and had a court date on April 27.
  • Zachary J. Albert, 30, of Strafford, was arrested on April 27, and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, and conduct after an accident. He was arrested at 4:09 a.m. on Charles Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Albert is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • Zachary J. Albert, 30, of Strafford, was arrested on April 27, and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, reckless operation, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 6:55 a.m. on North Main Street. He refused bail and had a court date on April 27.
  • Autumn R. Sawyer, 17, of Concord, was arrested on April 27, on a theft charge. She was arrested at 2:58 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Sawyer stole clothing from the store. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested on April 27, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony. She was arrested at 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Main Street and Loudon Road. Police allege that they confiscated three heroin used syringes from at the time of her arrest. She was held on $10,000 personal recognizance bail. Porter is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • Jason T. Cooper, 26, of Concord, was arrested on April 28, and charged with resisting arrest or detention, false report to law enforcement, and two bench warrants. He was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on the Green Street side of the Firehouse Block Garage. Cooper refused bail and had a court date on April 30.
  • , 25, of Concord, was arrested on April 28, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on the Green Street side of the Firehouse Block Garage. He was held without bail and had a court date on April 30.
  • , 50, of Concord, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on April 28, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge related to an alleged incident which occurred on April 26, on South Main Street. The alleged victim was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
