ARRESTS: Salisbury Man Faces Driving While Intoxicated Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Daniel Bevin, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 23, on a suspended registration (operating-misd) charge. He was arrested at 1 p.m. outside of the Hood plant on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Bevin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Charles Aaron Dexter, 25, of Franklin, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on Sept. 24, and charged with theft by deception, conspiracy to commit, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police allege Dexter stole lacrosse and baseball gloves valued at $102.55 from Walmart on Loudon Road at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 21. Dexter had a court date on Sept. 24.
  • Richard L. Stebbins, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 24, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. He was arrested at 12:56 p.m. at Market Basket on Storrs Street. Police allege that he stole a 1.5 liter bottle of Livingstone Cellars wine valued at $12. Stebbins refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 25.
  • Thomas G. Dunn, 61, of Henniker, received a summons at 4:50 p.m. on Sept. 24, for theft and theft by deception from Sears on Loudon Road. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 26, and Sept. 19. Dunn is due in court on Oct. 12.
  • Bobby Chicago Kelly, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Sept. 24, on a bench warrant, stemming from an incident on Aug. 30, at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Kelly is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Tucker D. Wright, 22, of Sanbornton, received a summons at 6:38 p.m. on Sept. 24, on a theft charge. Police allege that Wright stole batteries, a car charger, and a knife from Walmart on Loudon Road. The items were valued at more than $23. Wright is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Larry W. Cole, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 24, and charged with two counts of simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 10:51 p.m., about three and half hours after an alleged incident on Holly Street. Police allege that Cole assaulted his spouse, a Concord woman. Cole refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 25.
  • Mark Prairie, 54, of Newport, was arrested on Sept. 25, on a driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 11:51 a.m. at the intersection of Manchester Street and Garvins Falls Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Prairie is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Tamika L. Crawford, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 25, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. She was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Woodbine Avenue. Police allege that Crawford damaged or destroyed a lamp with a wooden stand owned by her mother, a Concord woman. The value was estimated to be about $50. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Crawford is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Brian C. Reinfors, 43, of Salisbury, was arrested on Sept. 25, and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Fisherville Road between Winsor and Douglas avenues. Police allege that Reinfors had an opened 12-ounce can of Bud Light in the car when he was pulled over. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Reinfors is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Gary Joseph Ladd, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Sept 26, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Police allege that Ladd assaulted a Concord man, who was a stranger, on South Main Street, breaking his sunglasses. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Ladd is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Gregory James Davies, 28, of Windsor, was arrested on Sept. 26, on a warrant for a probation violation. He was arrested at 4:56 p.m. at the Tedeschi Food Shop on South Main Street.
  • Donald S. Cote, 43, received a summons at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge, at the intersection of North State and Park streets. Cote is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Cole T. Bernard, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, on two theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges. He was arrested at Dos Amigos Burritos on North Main Street at 7:45 p.m. Police allege that Bernard stole $8.50. The second charge stems from an alleged incident at noon on Sept. 3, at the Fire House Block apartments on 46 Warren Street. Police allege that Bernard stole $25 from an Epsom woman. Bernard refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 19.
  • Marc Mallard, 30, of Boscawen, was issued a summons at 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 19, and charged with four counts of violation of a protective order; penalty, four counts of default or breach of bail conditions, and one felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants (intimidation). The charges stem from alleged incidents in May, June, July, and August of this year, involving alleged interaction with his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Mallard had a court date on Sept. 20.
