ARRESTS: Plymouth Man Allegedly Steals xBox, Diapers from Target

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Alexa E. Robichaud, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 6, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 1:45 p.m. at Hall, Sheldon, and & Mona on Portsmouth Street. Police allege that Robichaud was in possession of heroin at the time of her arrest. She had a court date on Aug. 7.
  • Walter Healey, 58, a homeless man now reportedly living in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 8, and charged with criminal trespass and a generic city ordinance violation. He was arrested at 12:30 p.m. at the on Storrs Street. Healey refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 9.
  • Paul Eugene Haskell, 26, of Plymouth, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on Aug. 8, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charges stems from an alleged incident at 6 p.m. on May 16, at on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Haskell stole an xBox 360 game system, an xBox 360 Kinect Sensor component, and Huggies Diapers, all valued at $379.97. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Haskell is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Dennis Peters Weeks, 23, of Laconia, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Aug. 8, on a criminal mischief charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 4 a.m. on July 13, at the Firehouse Block Garage on North State Street. Police allege that Weeks destroyed or damaged a 1992 Honda Civic owned by a homeless man now reportedly living in Concord who was an acquaintance of Weeks’. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and he had a court date on Aug. 9.
  • Adnan Baglan, 44, of Pembroke, was issued a summons at 7:27 p.m. on Aug. 9, for peddling goods without a license and a generic city ordinance violation. The alleged incidents occurred on Clinton and South State streets. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 20, Concord, was arrested on Aug. 9, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:15 p.m. at Thirty Pines on Village Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. George is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Jeffrey E. Tate, 24, of Ludlow, VT, was issued a summons at 12:55 a.m. on Aug. 10, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was reportedly stopped at the intersection of South Main and Concord streets on Aug. 5. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • , 32, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 10, and charged with prostitution and related offenses. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the on Storrs Street at 6:45 p.m. on July 30. Cash bail was set at $2,500. Hensley had a court date on Aug. 13.
  • Allison Houle, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 10, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), and two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism). She was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on Summer Street. The alleged victim in the case was her male spouse. Police allege that Houle also damaged or destroyed drywall and two drums owned by her husband. The total value of the damage was $450. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Houle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 21, a homeless man now located in the Concord area, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 10, on a theft by deception charge. He was arrested by the Manchester Police Department, according to an arrest report. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 1:30 p.m. on July 26, on North Main Street. Police allege that stole $40. The alleged victim was an acquaintance. He refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 10.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 11, on a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested at 1:22 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon and Fort Eddy roads. Police allege that was in possession of a red, multi-colored smoking device with burnt residue of marijuana in it. The Concord High School student was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Choma Kharel, 22, of Concord, was arrested on at 1:34 p.m. on Aug. 11, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 8 a.m. on Aug. 8, at the intersection of East Side and Hazen drives. Kharel reportedly destroyed or damaged a tree and a fence owned by the city of Concord and Havenwood. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Kharel is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 30, of Epping, was arrested on Aug. 11, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, theft, and receiving stolen property. She was arrested at 9:12 p.m. at on Loudon Road. The victims in the case were Sears and Lane Bryant, also located on Loudon Road. Police allege that Tierney stole a Hello Kitty sweater, a pair of Vanda shoes, and underwear, with a combined value of nearly $104. The underwear was recovered at the arrest. Police allege that Tierney was in possession of marijuana. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Houle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 12, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Fisherville Road. Police allege that Dunlap, who attends the CSI Charter School in Penacook, was in possession of marijuana and a glass pipe with packed marijuana in it. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Dunlap is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Alexis J. Keating, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 12, on two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Fisherville Road. Police allege that she was in possession of Bud Lights and Mike’s Hard Lemonade at the time of her arrest. Other teenagers were reportedly at the apartment at the time of her arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000.
  • Bryce Lewis-Hamel, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 12, and charged with criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon), a felony, and simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on Chapel Street. Police allege that Lewis-Hamel assaulted his brother. A crowbar tire iron was seized as evidence. Personal recognizance bail was set at $12,000. Lewis-Hamel is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Ralph J. Prescott, 56, of Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 12, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested outside of the on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Prescott is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
