ARRESTS: Meredith Woman Faces Trespass Charge

  • Eliza Ann Leedberg, 18, of Concord was summoned at 9:15 p.m. on May 4, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police allege that she stole $98 worth of women’s shirts from on Loudon Road earlier in the evening. The student is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • , 32, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on May 16, and charged with three counts of attempted fraudulent use of credit card, two counts fraud use of credit card, and two counts receiving stolen property. The charges were based on alleged incidents at Tedeschi Food Shop on South Main Street on April 7, April 8, and April 13, and Walmart on Loudon Road on March 28 and April 15. Personal recognizance bail was set at $14,000. Sargent is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Suzanne Marie Gross, 45, of Concord, was arrested on May 16, on a bench warrant from the Franklin District Court for failure to pay fine driving after revocation. She was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on South State Street. Cash bail was set at $385. Gross had a court date on May 16.
  • Brittany Austin, 21, of Hillsborough, was arrested on May 16, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on Monroe Street. At the time of her arrest, police alleged seized marijuana, a 750 ml bottle of white wine, a long kitchen knife, a Citizens Bank check, and $150 in cash. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Austin is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Angelo Louis Santiago, 20, of Concord, was arrested on May 16, and charged with simple assault. He was arrested at 2:09 p.m. at Tahanto Street. Police allege that Santiago assaulted his 16-year-old girlfriend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Santiago is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • , 22, of Concord, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on May 16, on a theft of services charge. He is alleged to have skipped out on a $9 cab fare on April 8, at the on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Heidi Lou Calley, 41, of Concord, was arrested on May 16, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested outside on Broadway at 8:20 p.m. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Calley is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Danielle Lavorgna, 27, of Meredith, was arrested at 8:17 a.m. on May 17, on a criminal trespass charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on the morning of May 1, at on Fort Eddy Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lavorgna is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Charles R. Thompson, 60, of Concord, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on May 17, on a false report to law enforcement. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 1:10 p.m. on May 7, on Electric Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Thompson is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Patricia M. Brown, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on May 17, on a false report to law enforcement. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 1:10 p.m. on May 7, on Electric Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Thompson is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • , 28, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on May 17, on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. The charges stem from an alleged incident at on Eastman Street on May 4, and reportedly involve a 3-year-old girl. He was held without bail and had a court date on May 18.
  • Ashley K. Reed, 22, of Concord, was arrested on May 17, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), obstructing report of crime or injury, and criminal trespass. She was arrested at 5:52 p.m. at Village Street. The alleged victim was her mother. Reed is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Peter N. Galatis, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on May 17, and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault. He was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on May 16, at on South Street. The alleged victim was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Galatis is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
