ARRESTS: Man Charged with Theft from Concord Hospital

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Anthony J. Dashnaw, 62, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 14, and charged with theft of services and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 6:24 a.m. at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. The police allege that Dashnaw stole $7.95 worth of food items at the hospital. He refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 14.
  • Jasmine A. Clubb, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 26, on a facilitating a drug and underage alcohol party. She was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on 10 Maple Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Clubb is due in Sixth District Division Court on Oct. 1.
  • Tyler Hoyt, 18, a homeless teen now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 8, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, receiving stolen property, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 12:55 a.m. at the intersection of South Main and Perley streets. Police allege that Hoyt was in possession of a glass pipe with marijuana residue on it. Police also reportedly recovered a Giant Sedona DX mountain bike valued at $220. Hoyt refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 10.
  • Stacy J. Champagne, 47, of Boscawen, was arrested on Sept. 8, on a theft charge. She was arrested at 5:10 p.m. at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Champagne stole $35 worth of food that was later recovered. Champagne is due in court on Oct. 22.
  • Heather Lynn Gifford, 42, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 9, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. She was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on Perley Street. The alleged victim was her teenage son.
  • Paul A. Dunbar, 67, of Pembroke, was arrested on Sept. 9, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense. He was arrested at 11:02 p.m. at the intersection of South Main and Thorndike streets. According to an arrest report, blood was drawn from Dunbar at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Dunbar is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Linda Annis, 25, of Portland, Maine, was issued a summons at 3:45 p.m. on Sept. 9, on an attempt to commit simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The alleged victim in the case was a Manchester man who works in the emergency room at Concord Hospital. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Annis is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Sean C. Davis, 34, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 10, on a tampering with witnesses and informants (intimidate) charge, a felony. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 12:31 p.m. on Aug. 4, on Union Street. Police allege that the victim was Davis’ girlfriend. As evidence, the police gathered text messages and a cellphone bill from the alleged victim. Davis had a court date on Sept. 10.
  • Edward A. Heaney, 44, of Concord, was arrested on 10:37 a.m. on Sept. 10, on a warrant from the Concord Police for sex offender registration information changes. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 8 a.m. on March 6, at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Motorcycle registration records from the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicle was gathered as part of the evidence in the case. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Heaney is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Melissa Lacasse, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Sept. 10, on a conduct after an accident and moving a vehicle charges. The charges stem from an incident on Aug. 29, on Washington Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lacasse is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Arnold Alfred Lacrosse, 56, of Concord, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on Sept. 10, on a criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) charge. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the Market Basket on Storrs Street on Aug. 29. The alleged victim was a Concord man who was an acquaintance. Police gathered video surveillance from the store as evidence in the case, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lacrosse is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
