Man Busted on Bail Charges After Panhandling: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Stefan Robert Ingerson, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on June 10, 2013, on a dog a menace, nuisance or vicious charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on March 30, on West Street. Officers were called to Spruce Street on June 9, to take Ingerson into custody but his mom reportedly said he wasn’t around. The next day, officers returned to the home, and met up with Ingerson. An officer asked why he didn’t call back and Ingerson reportedly replied, “Because I didn’t want to!” Ingerson was arrested and later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He is due in court on July 18.

Cameo Gonsalves, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on June 10, 2013, on a bench warrant. An officer reported to a possible hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Pembroke Road and Branch Turnpike. A woman, Gonsalves, reported that a woman in another car in front of her slammed on her brakes causing Gonvsalves to swerve out of the way. The car then attempted to run her off the road, the officer wrote. There was no damage to her vehicle, according to the report. Later though, dispatch reported that Gonvsalves had an active warrant from Goffstown District Court for failure to pay an attorney fee, with $248 cash to settle. Gonvsalves was arrested and later, came up with the money to settle the matter.

Kaitlin M. Valley, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on June 11, 2013, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were called to Alton Woods for an assault call. A woman alleged that her daughter, Valley, assaulted her and she was worried for her grandson due to her impairment. The woman alleged that Valley struck her in the face. The officer observed that her cheek was swelling, but she refused medical treatment. The officer entered the apartment where Valley was sitting on a couch. Valley reportedly confirmed the two were fighting but denied hitting her mother. The officer alleged that Valley was “very emotional,” kept asking the same questions over and over again, and didn’t know what time it was. She was later arrested and held on $2,000 cash bail. During transport, Valley reportedly stated that she thought she needed help and didn’t know what was going on in her brain lately, according to the report.

Denise Ann Wescott, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on June 11, 2013, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from an alleged incident on June 4, in the Vegas Block Apartment building on North Main Street against an acquaintance. Wescott turned herself into police and was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail. She is due in court on July 15.

Emily J. Gordon, 49, of Penacook, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on June 12, 2013, and charged with conduct after an accident and reckless operation. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Fisherville Road on June 8, involving a 2010 Ford Focus and city property. Gordon turned herself into police and was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. She has a court date on July 15.

Jason L. Polley, 21, of Epsom, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on June 13, 2013, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Officers were called to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of North Main and Maple streets. Polley, one of the drivers, was complaining of neck pain and was transported to Concord Hospital. His license, however, was suspended on Sept. 20, 2011, for default court summons. He was also convicted of operating after revocation in Hooksett District Court on Nov. 14, 2012. After getting treated, he was arrested. Polley was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on July 15.

Hussein Saad Hindal, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on June 14, 2013, on a bench warrant. While monitoring traffic at the Lun Hing Motel, a Toyota drove by with an orange February 2014 sticker on the front plate but the inspection sticker said February 2013. The car failed to use a turn signal as it was pulled over on Fisherville Road. A computer check revealed that Hindal had a warrant out for his arrest from March 20, for a contempt of bail charge, $303.50 cash to settle. He was arrested and given a written warning for the turn signal. He had a court date on June 17.

Alexander Itachi Vincent-Smith, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on June 16, 2013, on a bench warrant. Officers were on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena and saw Vincent-Smith walking on the street and knew he had a warrant out for his arrest for failure to pay fines. He was stopped and arrested. Vincent-Smith was unable to raise the $250 cash bail so he was taken to jail. He was arraigned on June 17.

Andrea Watkins, 20, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on June 16, 2013, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the intersection of Loudon Road and Branch Turnpike on April 7. While on Loudon Road, an officer saw a vehicle with a headlight out. The car was pulled over near the McDonald’s Restaurant. The driver, Watkins, had an active warrant and she was taken into custody. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on July 15.

Marcus Dunleavey, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on June 18, 2013, on a bench warrant. An officer reported seeing two bicyclists riding on Grover Street without lights. One, Dunleavey, had a warrant out for his arrest on a criminal mischief charge for violation of a court order from June 20, 2012, with $777.08 cash to settle. He was arrested and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He had a court date on June 19.

Roy J. Aikens, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on June 19, 2013, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. Officers were dispatched to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of an unwanted guest. A clerk pointed out that Aikens had a no trespass order and he wanted him removed because customers were complaining about his excessive panhandling. Aikens was in front of the store and told the officer that he and another person were trying to buy cigarettes. The officer alleged that Aikens appeared to have been drinking and was having a hard time standing still, swaying back and forth. Part of his previous bail conditions were that he not to drink, so he was arrested. During processing, Aikens almost fell into a wall because he couldn’t stand up upright and later, he became angered, refusing to answer questions. He later laid down and said, “Wake me up when we leave.” He was transported to jail and arraigned later in the day.
