ARRESTS: Loudon Woman Faces Default or Breach of Bail Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • 27, of Loudon, was arrested on Nov. 8, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. She was arrested at 3:15 p.m. at the Merrimack County Courthouse on North Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Pickering is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 10.
  • Beau McHugh, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 22, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 12:40 a.m. about an hour after an alleged incident on Prospect Street. Police allege that McHugh destroyed or damaged a light fixture valued at $10. The alleged victim in the case was a Deerfield woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. McHugh is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Patrick Ian Cheney, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 22, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operating-misd), drivers license prohibition, and bench warrant from Concord District Court. He was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Street Extension and Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Cheney is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Shelby E. Weston, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 22, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Gully Hill Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Weston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Gina S. Summa, 44, of Concord, was issued a summons at 8:50 a.m. on Nov. 23, for disorderly conduct on Loudon Road near the northbound Exit 14 I-93 off ramp. She is due in court on Dec. 17.
  • Alicia Rene Young, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 23, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 11:45 a.m. at the intersection of Airport Road and Regional Drive. She had a court date on Nov. 26.
  • Meghan Lesley Good, 29, of Fredricksburg, VA, was issued a summons at 12:22 p.m. on Nov. 23, for driving after revocation or suspension. She was stopped at the Clinton Street Park & Ride off I-89. Good has a court date on Dec. 17.
  • Clifford W. Cutter, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 24, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at the intersection of Fisherville Road and Elijah Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Cutter is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Eugene D. Robinson, 26, of Bow, was arrested on Nov. 24, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Downing Street. The alleged victims in the case were an elderly Concord man and a woman. Robinson allegedly damaged or destroyed a white picket fence valued at $200. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Robinson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Francis H. Nidock, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 24, He was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Downing Street. The alleged victims in the case were an elderly Concord man and a woman. Robinson allegedly damaged or destroyed a white picket fence valued at $200. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Nidock is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 10.
  • Melanie Bousquet, 34, of Concord, was at 10:48 a.m. arrested on Nov. 24, on a false report on accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 9:10 a.m. on Oct. 25, at Lincoln Financial on Granite Place. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Bousquet is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Meagan C. Prudhomme, 25, of Moultonboro was arrested on Nov. 24, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. She was arrested less than an hour after alleged incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was her son. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Prudhomme is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Victoria Antoinette Avery, 23, of Bow, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Nov. 24, on two unsworn falsification charges. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 28, and Sept. 6, on Storrs Street. According to an arrest report, the victim was the offender. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Avery is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Joshua D. Taylor, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Nov. 24, on a bench warrant issued by the state of New Hampshire on a simple assault charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Oct. 16, on Lilac Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Taylor is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Alicia L. Schroeder, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 24, on a thefty by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She was arrested at 10:42 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Schroeder is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
