ARRESTS: Loudon Man Faces Assault Charge

CONCORD, NH — Robert Hall, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2012, and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, and transportation of alcohol. He was arrested at the intersection of East Side Drive and Hazen Drive at 12:02 a.m. Police allege that Hall had an open bottle of Corona in his vehicle when he was stopped. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Hall is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Cole T. Bernard, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 8:19 a.m. on Oct. 17, 2012, on a criminal trespass charge at the Firehouse Block Apartments on 46 Warren Street. He’s due in court on Nov. 19.

Chantelle M. Harris, 21, of Salisbury, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2012, on a bench warrant out of Laconia District Court. She was arrested at 12:10 p.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Harris is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Jessica Lantagne, 37, of North Woodstock, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2012, on a felony warrant out of Milford District Court for willful concealment. She was arrested at 5:27 p.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Lantagne is due in court on Nov. 7.

Angela Tallman, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2012, and charged with two counts of sale of controlled drugs and criminal liability for conduct of another, all felony charges. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Feb. 2, Feb. 8, and Feb. 22, on 37.5 Church Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $25,000. Tallman is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Alexander I. Vincent-Smith, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2012, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on 94 Fisherville Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Vincent-Smith is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Stacy Reed, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 19, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and resisting arrest or detention. Reed was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Federal Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord Police officer. Reed refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 19.

Michael James Dempsey, 28, of Loudon, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2012, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Federal Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Dempsey is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Anna Edwards Thel, 56, was arrested at 7:41 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2012, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charges stems from an alleged incident at 10:26 a.m. on Sept. 29, at the Concord Food Co-op on South Main Street. Police allege that Thel stole a number of items that were later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Thel is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Jennifer Shepard, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2012, on a theft charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, at the Gondwana on North Main Street. Police allege that Shepard stole miscellaneous merchandise valued at $31 that was later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $$2,000. Shepard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Rachelle Smith, 22, of Boscawen, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2012, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 6:57 p.m. at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Smith is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.

Gary Bailey, 35, of Weare, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2012, on a possession of alcohol on private property charge. He was arrested at 7:04 p.m. at the Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road. Bailey is due in court on Nov. 19.

Lee H. Colby, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Oct. 2, 2012, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, a felony. The charge involves an alleged incident at 4 a.m. on July 19, on 2 Johnson Avenue. The alleged incident involved a missing New England Aquarium backpack and about $5 worth of change that reportedly belonged to a teenage woman from Hillsboro who was a stranger to Colby. The arrest reported noted that Colby had two previous A misdemeanor charges which elevated this charge to a felony. Colby refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 3.
