ARRESTS: Laconia Woman Faces Drug, Theft Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Gina Marie Rossomangno, 28, of Laconia, was arrested on June 13, and charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She was arrested at 2:13 p.m. after an alleged incident earlier in the afternoon at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Rossomangno stole $373.40 worth of merchandise from the store that was later recovered. Police also allege that she was in possession of three doses or flexiril at the time of her arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Rossomangno is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 19.
  • Ashley E. Gilmore, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 14, on a misuse or failure to display plates charge. She was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on Thorndike Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Gilmore is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 16.
  • Katherine J. Niles, 25, of Concord, was arrested on June 15, and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested at 1:35 a.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Kensington Road. Police reportedly took a 24-ounce can of Seagram’s premium malt beverage into evidence. Cash bail was set at $1,000. Niles had a court date on June 15.
  • , 22, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on June 15, on a bench warrant from the Concord District Court concerning a driving after revocation charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at on South Street on June 8. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750. had a court date on June 18.
  • , 44, of Concord, was arrested on June 15, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 11:45 a.m. at the Whitfield House on Pleasant Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Walton is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Constance Boardman, 58, of Concord, was issued a summons at 12:40 p.m. on June 15, for negligent driving. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the intersection of Airport Road and Regional Drive at 1:50 p.m. on June 12.
  • , 23, of New Hampton, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on June 15, and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, a driving after revocation or suspension charge, and three default or breach of bail conditions charges. The charges stem from alleged robberies at the on Loudon Road and the on Eastman Street on May 4. The alleged victim in the case was Reynolds’ 3-year-old daughter. Personal recognizance bail was set at $12,000. Reynolds is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • , 18, of Webster, was arrested on June 15, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 3:50 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Joyall had a court date on June 18.
  • Nathan Dostie, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on June 15, and charged with three theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, all felonies, and a criminal trespass charge. The alleged incidents occurred at Walmart on May 15. Police allege that he stole a 12-pack of Minute Maid, a 12-pack of Red Bull, and hair shampoo, all valued at about $28. Police also allege that Dostie stole a Red Mountain Bike with/black bag carrier owned by a Concord woman.
  • , 45, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on June 15, on a single count of sale of controlled drugs and possession of controlled/narcotic, both felony charges. The charges relate to incidents on March 27, at the Burger King on Hall Street, and on May 1, at the on Green Street. Police alleged that Wilcox was in possession of heroin during both incidents. Wilcox was not offered bail and had a court date on June 18.
  • Jennifer Renee Boudle, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on June 15, on a willful concealment charge. The charge stems from an incident from an alleged incident at the Walmart on Loudon Road on April 29. Police allege that she stole $83.11 worth of Walmart merchandise, some of which was recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Boudle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Erika Angelina Bisson-Tessier, 18, of Berlin, was arrested on June 15, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. She was arrested at 10:28 p.m. at the Durgin Block Garage on 1 Durgin Lane. The alleged victim in the case was a Berlin man. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and she had a court date on June 18.
  • Ashton Garland, 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 16, on four counts of simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Manchester Street. Police allege that Garland assaulted his father, a Concord man. Cash bail was set at $1,000. Garland had a court date on June 18.
  • Bryon Ruff, 24, of Boscawen, was arrested on June 16, on a bench warrant from the Concord District Court for non-payment of a failure to yield violation. He was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at the on Fisherville Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Ruff is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Lindsay M. Gregg, 29, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on June 16, and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, theft by deception, both felony charges, and two bench warrants. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was Gregg’s mother, an elderly woman from Boscawen, and Discover Financial Services out of New York. Police allege that Gregg obtained $12,639.15 in money and goods using the Discover card and an AARP VISA credit card, both of which were not recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $12,000. Gregg is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on Aug. 13.
  • Michele Lynn Martin, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on June 16, on a conduct after an accident. The charge stems from an incident at 9:10 a.m. on June 6, outside Anaconda Tattoo on South Main Street. The alleged victim was a woman from Dunbarton. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Martin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Sean R. Miller, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. on June 17, and charged with two counts of violation of protective order; penalty, simple assault (personal weapons), stalking, reckless conduct; place another in danger, and three counts of resisting arrest. Most of the incidents occurred during the early morning hours of June 17, at 120 Fisherville Road and at the intersection of North State Street and Granite Avenue. The alleged victim was his girlfriend, a teenage woman from Concord. Miller was not offered bail and had a court date on June 18.
  • Nathaniel T. Carr, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, and charged with prowling, criminal trespass, and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Carr is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Jeffrey G. Pike, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, on a bench warrant and unlawful possession of alcohol. He was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Fisherville Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,500. Pike is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
