ARRESTS: Concord Woman Arrested on Criminal Mischief Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 35, Concord, was arrested on March 25, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 9:52 a.m. after an alleged incident on Fisherville Road. Police allege that Wentworth assaulted his boyfriend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Wentworth is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
  • James Douglas Smart, 48, of Concord, was arrested on March 25, on a Simple Assault (Other) charge. He was arrested at 6:45 p.m. about two hours after an alleged incident at on Washington Street. Smart refused bail services and had a court date on March 26.
  • , 34, of Concord, was arrested on March 26, and charged with Criminal Mischief and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on North Main Street. Police allege that damaged or destroyed a bedroom door valued at $80 at the apartment of a Concord man. refused bail and had a court date on March 26.
  • Brian S. Boynton, 41, of Franklin, was arrested on March 26, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 1:33 a.m. at the intersection of North Main Street and Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on March 26.
  • , 32, of Concord, was arrested on March 26, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. He was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on North Main Street. refused bail and had a court date on March 26.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on March 26, on an Operating Without A Valid License charge. The charge relates to an incident on Dec. 9, 2011, on Lilac Street. The alleged victim in the case was a male Boscawen Police officer. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750 and is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
  • Sebastien Greep Franko, 19, of Concord, was arrested on March 27, on a Driving While Intoxicated charge. The student was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on Loudon Road. Police reportedly seized a pair of metallic knuckles valued at $15 at the time of the arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he has a Sixth Circuit District Court date on April 30.
  • Rose Doyle, 57, of Allenstown, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on March 27, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The charge stems from an incident on Loudon Road on March 20. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and Doyle is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
  • Nicholas Mecum, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on March 27, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at the intersection of South Main and Gas streets at 10:58 a.m. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Mecum is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
  • Diane B. McDonald, 40, of Bow, was summonsed at 8 p.m. on March 27, on a Theft charge. Police allege that McDonald stole a pair of shorts, three pairs of capri pants, a dress, and nine shirts from the on Loudon Road on March 25. The items were valued at $145 and were recovered by police. McDonald is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
  • Samantha Witham, 22, of Concord, was summonsed at 8 p.m. on March 27, on a Theft charge. Police allege that Witham stole beef jerky nuggets, Oreo birthday cookies, Aquafina water, and two Peace Sweets, all valued at more than $10, from the Walmart on Loudon Road. Witham is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
