  • Brandon Paul Glass, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on April 10, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. An officer was sent to Herbert Street to serve Glass with a subpoena. Prior to going to his home, the officer ran a check on Glass and found out his license was suspended. The officer reported that no one answered the door at the residence. But while walking back to the cruiser, the officer alleged that a 1998 Audi stopped next to the cruiser, allegedly being driven by Glass. The officer asked Glass for his license and he reportedly stated he didn’t have it and it was left in his house. Later, Glass allegedly admitted that his license was suspended but stated that he “was only driving down the street.” Glass reportedly said he was taking a class to get his license back and was out on parole on other charges. Glass was then arrested and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail with a May 13, court date. The officer noted that the DMV reported that the license was revoked on Jan. 10, with a notice sent on Feb. 26. The prior conviction was for operating after a suspension on Feb. 1.

Officers were called to Green Street for a report of a suspicious man walking behind the apartments. The man was reportedly wearing a Bruins shirt and had a backpack and a crutch. Officers, however, were unable to find the man. About 30 minutes later, a person came to police headquarters to report that the man had returned. Officers returned to the scene and reportedly saw Partridge leaning on the porch of one of the apartments, talking on a cellphone. When asked what he was doing on other people’s property, Partridge reportedly told the officers that he didn’t want to make the phone call near the street. Witnesses though alleged that Partridge had been in the area previously, sitting in a sandbox, “trying to open different doors to the apartments,” and allegedly trying to sleep, according to the report. He was then arrested. Partridge was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on May 13.
  • Michael L. Pevine, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 2 a.m. on April 14, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to Horseshoe Pond Lane for a possible fight. According to a report, Pevine reported that he “fell up the stairs” after he and a friend returned home from Tandy’s Top Shelf and that may been the big bang that neighbors heard. Pevine allegedly had “bloodshot glassy eyes, slurred speech, and smelled of a distinct alcoholic beverage,” according to the reporting officer. After his name was run through the computer, an electronic bench warrant popped up from Lebanon District Court from a failure to display plates charge. Pevine was arrested. Later, during processing, Pevine reported vomited in a trash barrel at the station. He was later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Lebanon District Court on May 13.

At the intersection of Allison and Dakin streets, the officer pulled the car over and spoke to the driver, Webster. According to a systems check, Webster’s Florida license was suspended indefinitely on July 9, 2012, for failure to pay a traffic fine. It was suspended again indefinitely on Jan. 14, for failing to pay a financial obligation. Webster was arrested. Later, it was revealed that Webster was out on bail from a driving violation arrest on March 26, so a breach of bail charge was added, as well as a summons for uninspected vehicle. • Troy A. Williams, 31, of Belmont, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on April 15, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, stalking, and default or breach of bail conditions. While on bike patrol at Village and Charles streets, an officer reportedly observed a 1992 Dodge pickup with a June inspection sticker and an October registration plate. The truck pulled into Sam’s store and the officer went over to the vehicle. The officer spoke to the driver who allegedly said he didn’t have his license and the vehicle was his friend’s and didn’t know about the registration. The driver identified himself as Williams and later, produced a non-driver’s ID car that confirmed his identity. A computer confirmed that the truck was registered on March 21. Dispatch also informed the officer that Williams’ license was suspended on Dec. 9, 2004, by the DMV. Williams was also convicted of operating after suspension by Franklin District Court on Feb. 4. Williams had also been arrested in Franklin on simple assault charges. Dispatch also informed the officer that Williams was under a criminal protective order that prohibited him from having contact with a woman that was later identified as the passenger in his truck.
