ARRESTS: Concord Men Allegedly Steal Razor Scooters from Walmart

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 29, and charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, transportation of alcohol beverages by a minor, unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and criminal trespass. He was arrested at 2:50 a.m. outside of on Thorndike Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Collins is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Peter A. Hall, 35, of Concord, was summonsed at 7 a.m. on July 29, for reckless operation. He was stopped outside of Rumford Street. Hall is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 2, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 9:52 a.m. the Sun Bright Coin Operated Laundry at Loudon Road. Police allege that he was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest.
  • Heath Scheffer, 19, of Canterbury, was arrested on Aug. 5, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested at 12:37 a.m. at the intersection of Bog and Fisherville roads. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Scheffer is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Christopher J. Bauman, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 5, with a receiving stolen property charge. He was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on the Access Road. Police allege that he stole a Razor scooter valued at $29.94. The scooter was later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Bauman is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Alexander J. Rath, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with receiving stolen property and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on the Walmart Access Road. Police allege that Rath stole two Razor scooters valued at $29.94 each, both which were later recovered. Police also allege that Rath was in possession of one glass and one metal pipe with marijuana residue on them. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Rath is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 8:56 a.m. at the intersection of Bouton and North State streets. The alleged victim in the case was a city of Concord employee who had no relationship with Averill. Police allege that was in possession of an “unknown drug type.” Cash bail was set at $10,000 and Averill had a court date on Aug. 6.
  • Shannon M. Utter, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 5, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Penacook Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500 and she had a court date on Aug. 6.
  • Daniel T. Birtwell, 39, of Northwood, was arrested on Aug. 5, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 7:34 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Carr is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Adam. J. Sabin, 26, of Boscawen, was issued a summons at 12:55 a.m. on Aug. 6, for driving after revocation or suspension on Loudon Road. The incident allegedly occurred at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 4. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Joseph Carlton Schlitz, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 6, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), possession of controlled drugs, criminal mischief (vandalism), and obstructing report of crime or injury. He was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on Manchester Street. The alleged victims in the case were his girlfriend, a Concord woman, and a Concord man. Police allege that Schlitz damaged or destroyed a wooden chair valued at $75 and was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Cash bail was set at $4,000 and he had a court date on Aug. 6.
  • Steven Forest, 42, of Concord, was issued a summons at 1:52 a.m. on Aug. 6, for driving after revocation or suspension on Loudon Road. The incident allegedly occurred at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 4. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Robert James Bryant, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 6, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 10:45 a.m. at the Merrimack County Courthouse at 163 North Main Street. He had a court date on Aug. 6.
  • , 46, of Concord, was issued a summons at 12:55 p.m. on Aug. 6, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property, specifically, . Police allegedly seized a can of Twisted Tea from Rankins. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Richard Beacom, 55, of Concord, was issued a summons at 12:55 p.m. on Aug. 6, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property, specifically, White Park. Police allegedly seized a can of Twisted Tea from Beacom. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Joshua Simard, 24, of Allenstown, was arrested on Aug. 6, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 1:45 p.m. at Hall, Sheldon & Mona on Portsmouth Street. Police allege that Simard was in possession of heroin at the time of her arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Simard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
