ARRESTS: Concord Man Allegedly Damages Police Cruiser

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 33, of Webster, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on March 31, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), criminal mischief (vandalism), and attempt to commit. He was arrested at the intersection of Little Pond Road and Coventry Road. The alleged victim in the case was a Webster woman. Police allege that Coleman destroyed or damaged a dashboard of a vehicle, causing $100 worth of damage. Personal recognizance bail was set at $600 and Coleman is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
  • Nathaniel Wayne Gibbs, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on April 4, on three bench warrants out of the Grafton County Sheriff’s Department for burglary. Cash bail was set at $1,316 and Gibbs had a court date on April 4.
  • April Amber Gardner, 23, of Concord, was arrested on April 4, and charged with theft and criminal trespass. She was arrested at 2 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Police allege that Gardner stole $109 worth of various merchandise, items that were later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $15,000 and she is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
  • Jr., 52, of Concord, was summonsed at 4:25 p.m. on April 4, for a generic city ordinance violation at the on Stickney Avenue. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
  • Devin Aaron Baillie, 34, of Concord, was summonsed at 4:25 p.m. on April 4, for a generic city ordinance violation at the U-Haul on Stickney Avenue. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
  • Michael Grant, 35, of Concord, was arrested on April 5, and charged with four counts of criminal mischief (vandalism) and disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Foster Street. Police allege that Grant damaged or destroyed a bedroom wall, hallway wall, ceiling fan, and the right rear window of a cruiser. No bail was issued to Grant and he had a court date on April 5.
  • Nicole Danielle Marticio, 25, of Campton, was arrested on April 5, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and driving after revocation or suspension. She was arrested at 5:27 p.m. at on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Marticio stole $171.21 worth of groceries that were recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000 and Marticio had a court date on April 6.
  • James Davidson, 26, of Laconia, was arrested on April 5, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 6 p.m. on the southbound ramp or I-93 where it intersects with Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Davidson is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
  • 18, of Concord, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on April 6, and charged with criminal liability for conduct of another and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the on March 8, and involved a drywall wallboard being damaged or destroyed. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and had a court date April 16.
  • Joshua Moore, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on April 6, and charged with stalking and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges are based on an alleged incident that took place earlier in the day, in the third floor hallway of a North Main Street apartment building. Moore refused bail and had a court date on April 9.
  • Robert Alan Hedrick, 24, of Derry, was arrested on April 7, and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, driving while intoxicated, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 12:16 a.m. at the on Hall Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and Hedrick had a court date on April 9.
  • , 38, of Concord, was arrested on April 7, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, receiving stolen property, default or breach of bail conditions, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at the on North State Street. was held without bail and had a court date on April 9.
