ARRESTS: Concord High School Student Charged with Sexual Assault

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Debra Barnard, 48, of Concord, was arrested on April 28, on a simple assault (other) charge. She was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Manor Road. Police allege that she assaulted her daughter, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Barnard is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • Amanda Zanis, 31, of Danbury, was arrested on April 29, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. She was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Hillcrest Avenue. The allege victim in the case was a Concord man. Zanis allegedly destroyed or damaged a picture frame. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Zanis is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • , 23, of Concord, was arrested on April 29, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested at 2:14 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • , 24, of Concord, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. on April 29, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. Police allege that destroyed or damaged some drywall on Manor Road on April 28. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • Thomas R. Yorkshaitis, 28, of Concord, was arrested on April 30, and charged with criminal trespass and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10 a.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Yorkshaitis refused bail and had a court date on April 30.
  • Thomas R. Yorkshaitis, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on April 30, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The alleged incident occurred on March 11, at BAM! on Fort Eddy Road. The allege victim in the case was the Department of Justice. Yorkshaitis refused bail and had a court date on April 30.
  • , 17, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on April 30, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police allege that stole $160 worth of uncirculated U.S. coins from a home on 84.5 School Street on April 23. The alleged victim in the case was his sister. The Concord High School student refused bail and had a court date on May 1.
  • , 47, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on April 30, on a conduct after an accident charge. Police allege that the incident took place at the on Abbot Road. The alleged victim in the case was the city of Concord. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Caswell is due in Sixth Circuit District Court date on June 4.
  • Alex Stephen Mowry, 22, of Bow, was arrested on April 30, and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs (both possession and concealing as well as transporting and transmitting), suspended registration (operating-misd), and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at the on North Main Street. Police allege Mowry was in possession of an ounce of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Mowry has a Sixth Circuit District Court date on June 4.
  • Joshua Hodgkiss, 24, of Nashua, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on May 1, on an unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle charge. The alleged incident took place on April 22, at the on Clinton Street and involved a 2006 Nissan Altima valued at $8,000. The vehicle, which was recovered, was owned by a Concord man who was reportedly an acquaintance of Hodgkiss’. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Hodgkiss has a court date on May 1.
  • Kody Angus Osgood, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on May 1, on a burglary charge, a felony. Police allege the victim in the case was on Loudon Road. The alleged incident took place on April 28, and that Osgood broke a window to gain access to the store to steal a cash register drawer. Taken into evidence at the scene by police were a hypodermic needle, a pair of black New Balance sneakers, a piece of plastic with a red-maroon substance, a piece of glass with a dark colored residue, glass samples, a DNA swab sample, and a Verizon cell phone. Police noted in the arrest report that Osgood had track marks on both arms and a “Live Free or Die” tattoo across his chest. He had a court date on May 1.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on May 1, on a sexual assault charge. Police allege that Corey, a Concord High School student, assaulted a 15-year-old girl in the homeless camp at the end of Garvin Falls Road on March 23. Police gathered evidence during a period of weeks between the alleged incident and the date of Tyler’s arrest. Included in the evidence was audio and video testimony from witnesses and kits. was offered no bail and had a court date on May 2.
