ARRESTS: Chichester Teen Faces Criminal Mischief Vandalism Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Alyssa Monroe, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on the ground of Concord High School on Warren Street. Monroe, who is a CHS student, is due in court on Oct. 29.
  • Nyabunguye Tembasi, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. on Sept. 24, and charged with two counts of simple assault (personal weapons), theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal threatening, and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from alleged incidents during the course of an hour starting at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 21, on Loudon Road. The alleged victims in the case were his mother and another family member, both Concord residents. Police also allege that Tembasi stole $50 from his mother. Tembasi refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 24.
  • Jake Lamb Rucker, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 8, on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested at 3:25 a.m. at the Cumberland Farms Exxon on North Main Street. Rucker refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 9.
  • Anthony Brooks, 27, of East Boston, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 8, and charged with six counts of default or breach of bail conditions and one count of attempt to commit. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Sept. 19, and Sept. 22, on Village Street. Brooks refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 9.
  • Christopher Spataro, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 8, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and false imprisonment. He was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on Fisherville Road. The alleged victim was his female spouse, a Concord woman. During the alleged incident, Spataro allegedly destroyed a wall, causing $150 worth of damage. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Spataro is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 12.
  • Michael J. O’Donnell, 43, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 8, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on Longmeadow Drive. Police allege that O’Donnell damaged or destroyed a glass door at his girlfriend’s home. The door was valued at $100. He was arraigned on Oct. 9.
  • Janna D. Tsifrinovich, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 9, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge related to an alleged incident at 9:03 a.m. on Sept. 1, on Bog Road. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who owned a 2007 Mazda 3. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Tsifirinovich is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 12.
  • Mark J. Curran, 17, of Chichester, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Oct. 9, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 12:23 p.m. at the Washington Street School on Washington Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Curran is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Jacob Michael Martin, 18, of Somersworth, was arrested on Oct. 9, and charged with theft and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 8 p.m. at South Hall at NHTI after an alleged incident at the Hannaford’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road an hour earlier. Cash bail was set at $200 and Martin had a court date on Oct. 10.
  • Hon Luu, 52, of Belmont, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on Oct. 10, on a sale of controlled drugs charge, a felony. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 4:31 p.m. on Jan. 4, at Walmart on Loudon Road. Luu had a court date on Oct. 10.
  • Brian James Sarabia, 35, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 10, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 12:24 p.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750 and Sarabia had a court date on Oct. 11.
  • Jacob R. Escabi, 19, of Deerfield, was arrested on Oct. 10, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 1:30 p.m. at Banks Chevrolet on Manchester Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Escabi is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Jennifer Clark, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 10, and charged with resisting arrest or detention and false report to law enforcement. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 11:06 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2008. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Clark is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • David Hall, 29, of Deerfield, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. on Oct. 3, on a burglary charge, a felony. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 10 p.m. on June 9, on School Street. The alleged victim was a Henniker man who was otherwise unknown to Hall. As evidence, police reportedly took a DNA swab sample from the outer and inner rim of a coffee cup and a bottle of Ensure on June 11.
