Arrests: Charlestown Man Faces Reckless Conduct Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 32, of Concord, was arrested on June 5, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. was arrested at 1 a.m. on North Main Street. was offered no bail and he had a court date on June 5.
  • , 35, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on June 5, and charged with three counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felony charges. The three alleged incidents occurred on March 22, at South Main Street; March 23, outside on North Main Street; and outside on South Street on March 27. Police allegedly seized 4.1 grams of heroin during the incident and police reportedly gathered audio recordings during the incidents. Locke was offered no bail and had a court date on June 5.
  • , 50, of Concord, was arrested on June 5, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on South Main Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Keplin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Kathryn E Trottier, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on June 5, and charged with criminal liability of another. Police allege that she was involved in items that were stolen from TJ Maxx on Loudon Road and on Storrs Street. A DC blue T-shirt valued at $10.99 was reportedly taken from TJ Maxx and a tank top, blouses, leather belt, a pink leopard print bra, shampoo and conditioner, all valued at $83, were missing from Marshall’s. The items were recovered. Personal recognizance was set at $1,000. Trottier is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Brittany Pelleteri, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on June 5, on a willful concealment charge. Police allege that she stole a men’s T-shirt and shorts, junior capris, and a shirt, from TJ Maxx on Loudon Road, all valued at $61, all recovered. Personal recognizance was set at $1,000. Pelleteri is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Dawna Perkins, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on June 5, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. Police allege that she stole an outdoor design green folding chair with bag from Family Dollar on Fisherville Road on May 19. The chair was valued at $12.50 and was later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Perkins is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Jennifer Braley, 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 6, on a bench warrant out of the Concord District Court for unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested on the Exit 17 ramp of I-93 at 12:37 a.m. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Braley is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Cheryl Lynn Longshaw, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on June 6, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on June 3, at on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord Hospital employee. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Braley is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Craig Ford, 25, of Auburn, was arrested on June 6, on a bench warrant from the Concord District Court for speeding. He was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at the U.S. Marshall’s Office on Pleasant Street. Cash bail was set at $256.67.
  • , 21, of Bow, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on June 7, and charged with three counts of burglary, all felonies, and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Police allege the pried the lock of an East Side Drive apartment and burglarized the home on three different occasions. Police allege that Wright stole $7,550 worth of cash, as well as a gold chain and diamond ring valued at more than $4,700. Police also allege that Wright used a credit card at the on Loudon Road, the Circle K Irving on Fisherville Road, and the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street, all on April 10.
  • Gary R. Peters, 44, of Charlestown, was arrested on June 9, and charged with two counts of reckless conduct; place another in danger. He was arrested at 1:36 a.m. The charges stem from alleged incidents at 12:40 and 5:52 a.m. at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim was Peters’ girlfriend, a woman from Warner. Cash bail was set at $4,000. Peters had a court date on June 11
