ARRESTS: Boscawen Teen Busted on Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jacob L. Klardie, 52, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 28, and charged with theft and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 7:54 a.m. at the Market Basket on Storrs Street. Klardie allegedly stole food value at $27.40, items that were later recovered. He was held on $10,000 cash bail and had a court date on Sept. 28.

Kathleen P. Obst, 45, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 28, and charged with criminal liability for conduct of another and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at 7:54 a.m. at the Market Basket on Storrs Street. She was held on $10,000 cash bail and had a court date on Sept. 28.

Kendra Chamberland, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Sept. 29, on two violation of protective order; penalty, charges. The charges stem from alleged incidents at 7 a.m. on Sept. 18, on Canal Street. The alleged victim was a Concord woman who was other unknown to Chamberland. She refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 1.

Alyssa J. Norton, a homeless woman currently located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 29, on a warrant. She was arrested at 3 p.m. on North Main Street. Cash bail was set at $500 and Norton had a court date on Oct. 1.

Joseph Francis Schultz, 18, of Boscawen, was arrested on Sept. 30, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 4:46 a.m. on Commercial Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000. The NHTI student is due back in court on Nov. 5.

Matthew M. Foote, 28, of Allenstown, was arrested on Sept. 30, on two simple assault (personal weapons) charges. He was arrested at 3:08 a.m. about an hour and a half after an alleged incident on White Street. The alleged victim in the case was his father and his brother. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Foote is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.

Alex Crowder, 23, a homeless person now located in Manchester, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Sept. 30, on a bail jumping charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 8:15 a.m. at Sixth Circuit Court of Concord on Clinton Street. Crowder refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 1.

Dean Alan Bartum, 21, of Tilton, was arrested on Oct. 1, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for theft by unauthorized taking. He was arrested at 12:41 a.m. outside Unfranchised Auto Care on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Bartum had a court date on Oct. 2.

Shannon Marie Utter, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 4:04 a.m. on Oct. 1, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 10:10 p.m. on Aug. 13, on Penacook Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Utter is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.

Wayne C. McMann, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 1, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 4:41 a.m. at Suds Appeal on Washington Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. McMann is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.

Jonathan Lugg, 25, of Concord, received a summons at 9:04 p.m. on Oct. 1, on a negligent driving charge. He was stopped outside of the New Hampshire State Prison on North State Street. Lugg is due in court on Oct. 29.

Ann Marie Sadatis, 59, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 1, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. She was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Loudon Road. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and Sadatis had a court date on Oct. 2.

Steven Herve LeBlanc, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Oct. 2, and charged with unauthorized use of propelled vehicle/rental property, default or breach of bail conditions, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 5:50 p.m. at Carlson’s Motor Sales on Manchester Street, after an alleged incident an hour earlier on Canton Circle. During the altercation with police, LeBlanc received a cut to the head and neck and was transported by police to Concord Hospital for treatment, according to an arrest report. He refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 3.

Brian P. Bergstrom, 53, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 2, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was his ex-wife. Bergstrom refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 3.
