ARRESTS: Antrim Man Faces Assault, Vandalism Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Kristin Schon, 32, of Concord, was summoned at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 2, for driving after revocation or suspension at the intersection of North State and Centre streets. Schon has a court date Dec. 3.
  • Susan M. Marston, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Nov. 2, on three counts of simple assault (personal weapons). The charges stem from alleged incidents at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 31, on North State Street. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Marston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Eli Mishkit, 24, of Bow, was arrested Nov. 3, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:21 a.m. at the intersection of North State and Franklin streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Mishkit is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Scott W. Woodbury, 24, of Bow, was arrested on Nov. 3, on a prowling charge. He was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Pleasant Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Mary Ann Hensley, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 3, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Thorndike Street. She had a court date on Nov. 5.
  • Sarah Jean Campbell, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on Nov. 3, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident that occurred on Oct. 28, at Mountain Road. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. She alleged struck a mailbox and damaged it. The cost was estimated to be about $150. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • David J. Cuddemi, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 3, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested at 7:10 about two and half hours after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was his mother, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Dean A. Remick, 42, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 3, and charged with two counts of simple assault (personal weapons) and a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 7:53 p.m. at Village Street. The alleged victims in the case were his adult child, a Concord woman, and a Northwood man, who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Remick is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Anthony W. McMann, 18, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 3, on a possession of controlled drugs felony charge. He was arrested at McMann, Beverly and Wayne, on Washington Street. Police allege that he was in possession of medication and pills, as well as a straw and tin foil. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. McMann is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Jason A. Sisk, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 8:26 a.m. on Nov. 4, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from the Market Basket on Storrs Street. Police allegedly stole ribeye steaks, powdered donuts, steak sauce, and bologna, all worth about $40. All the items were recovered.
  • Mark H. Bryant, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 4, on a simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 8:05 p.m. about a half an hour after an alleged incident at Bog Road. The alleged victim in the case was his wife, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Bryant is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Hector L. Garcia, 24, of Antrim, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Nov. 4, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges were based on alleged incidents at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 2, on North State Street. The alleged victim was a Concord man who was a friend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Garcia is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 10.
