ARREST LOG: New England College Students Arrested on Theft Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Donald Green, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 17, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Old Loudon Road. He was wanted by the Concord District Court for Failure To Pay Fines. Green was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Janet Laurie Smith, 44, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 17, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs, a felony, and two counts of Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 5:52 p.m. at Marshalls on Storrs Street. Smith refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Todd Ahren Koshinsky, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on Feb. 17, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident that occurred at around 5:30 a.m. on South Main Street. Police allege that Koshinsky damaged or destroyed dishes valued at $20. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend. Koshinsky was released on $500 cash bail and he had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Robert Levi Hildreth Jr., 45, of Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 17, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Mandevilla Lane on Jan. 27. The alleged victim in the case was a man who was reportedly a stranger to Hildreth. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on March 19.
  • Carl B. Temple, 54, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 17, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on Cornell Street. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Jordan Fraiser Schroder, 19, of Henniker, was arrested on Feb. 18, and charged with Theft and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 4 p.m. at the Sears on Loudon Road. New England College student was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on March 26.
  • Careena Jade Tooker, 18, of Henniker, was arrested on Feb. 18, on a Theft charge. She was arrested at 4 p.m. at the Sears location on Loudon Road. The New England College student was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on March 26.
