ARREST LOG: Four Charged at Jennings Drive Incident
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Jeremy Linehan, 22, of Boscawen, was arrested on Dec. 10, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container. He was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Manor Road. Linehan is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
- Natasha Morisseau, 20, of Milton, Ver., was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on Dec. 10, and charged with False Report To Law Enforcement and Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. The alleged victims in the case were the and on Storrs Street, dating back to May 15. Later, police charged Morisseau with four counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). The allege incidents, according to police, occurred on Garvins Falls Road. Morisseau was released on $10,000 personal recognizane and has a court date on Jan. 23, 2012.
- , 24, of Concord, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on Dec. 10, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. According to an arrest report, the charges relate to incidents on Nov. 18, at the on Fort Eddy Road, which was also the alleged victim in the case. Schwinger is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
- Maurice Groulx, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 11, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Church Street. According to a police report, an HP latop valued at $200 was damaged. The alleged victim in the case was a teenage girl. Groulx is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
- Benjamin Parker, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 11, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on Jennings Drive. The student is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
- Mariah Francis, 20, of Lynn, Mass., was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Dec. 11, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. She was arrested on Jennings Drive. She has a court date on Jan. 30, 2012.
- Suanna Daley, 19, of Lynn, Mass., was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Dec. 11, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. She was arrested on Jennings Drive. She has a court date on Jan. 30, 2012.
- Welleh Suah, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 11, on a Facilitating Drug Or Underage Alcohol House Party. She was arrested at 3:47 a.m. on Jennings Drive. According to an arrest log, there were at least three underage individuals at the alleged party. Suah has a court date on Jan. 30, 2012.
- Steven Cook, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 11, on a Simple Assault charge. He was arrested at 8:58 a.m. at Royal Gardens. The alleged victim was a male stranger to Cook, who was also a city of Concord employee. Cook had a court date on Dec. 12.
- , 41, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 11, on a Criminal Trespass charge. He was arrested at 5:34 p.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. Bibeau was held without bail and had a court date on Dec. 12.
- Dean Remick, 42, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 11, on two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on North State Street. He refused bail and had a court date on Dec. 12.
