ARREST LOG: Teen Arrested for Prowling
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- , 18, of Loudon, was arrested on Jan. 28, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol and a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Loudon Road. The bench warrant was based on an incident from Nov. 23, 2011. Lewis is due back on court Feb. 27.
- Richard A. Brady, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 28, and charged with Driving License Prohibition, Driving Without Giving Proof, Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD), and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested at 9:33 a.m. at the intersection of North State Street and Rumford Street. Brady has a court date scheduled for March 12.
- Karen Liot, 33, of Lebanon, was arrested on Jan. 28, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Drivers License Prohibitions. She was arrested at 1:57 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and Capitol streets. Liot is due back in court on March 12. 252-2542
- , 22, of Boscawen, was arrested on Jan. 28, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 9:18 p.m. at on South Main Street. According to an arrest report, Roy was wanted by the Franklin District Court on an electronic bench warrant. He refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 30.
- Trevor John Hanson, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, on a Prowling charge. He was arrested at 12:35 a.m. at on South Street. The student is due back in court on March 12.
- Jacklyne Whitcomb, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. She was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Perley Street. Whitcomb is due back in court on March 12.
- Mark A. Marcellino, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. on Jan. 29, on a Bench Warrant. According to an arrest report, the warrant was based on an incident from Dec. 14, that occurred on North State Street. Marcellino had a court date on Jan. 31.
- Christine M. Barnhart, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, on a Simple Assault charge. She was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on Haig Street. The alleged victim in the case was her spouse. Barnhart is due back in court on March 12.
- , 30, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, on two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Warren Street. Shiner is due back in court on March 12.
