ARREST LOG: Barrington Man Charged With Carrying Loaded Handgun

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jacob Noury, 32, of Barrington, was arrested on Jan. 5, and charged with Carrying a Loaded Handgun Without a License, Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD), and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested 5 p.m. at South Main Street. Police allegedly confiscated a 40-caliber Smith & Wesson semi-automatic handgun and two magazines during the arrest. Noury has a court date set for Feb. 6.
  • , 20, of Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 8, on a Criminal Trespass charge. Police allege he tried to enter the during a presidential debate. Richards has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Marshall Thomas Gleason, 21, of Plymouth, was arrested on Jan. 9, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on Manchester Street. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the Plymouth District Court on an electronic bench warrant, for reportedly violating a town ordinance and non-payment of fees. The Plymouth State University student is due back in court on Jan. 30.
  • Stephanie Davis, 32, of Belmont, was arrested on Jan. 12, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD), Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 12:48 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. She was released on $6,5000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 13.
  • Robert J. Raymond, 35, of Salisbury, was arrested on Jan. 12, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Hoitt Road. Raymond has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Tawyna M. Pelkey, 25, was arrested on Jan. 13, on Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 10:11 a.m. at the intersection of East Side Drive and Loudon Road. Pelkey is due back in court on Feb. 13.
  • , 29, of Concord, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. on Jan. 13, and charged Possession Of Controlled Drugs, a felony, Conduct After An Accident, Negligent Driving, and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred on Dec. 16, 2011, on Mountain Road, and Jan. 13, at the Sixth District Court of Concord on Clinton Street. Police allege that he was in possession of heroin at the time of the Dec. 16, incident. Bail was set at a total of $7,000 in personal recognizance and cash bail. Stafford had a court date on Jan. 13.
  • , 19, of Weare, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on Jan. 13, on a Possession Of Infernal Machine; Penalty, a felony charge. Police allege that Vajgrt was in possession of “previously exploded aerosol cans” at the time of his arrest. Vajgrt was also charged with four counts of Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, three of them felonies, Burglary, a felony, two counts of Conspiracy, both felonies, and Theft; Motor Vehicle Parts Or Accesories. Incidents against on South Main Street, on Triangle Park Drive, dumpsters owned by Pinard Waste Systems of Hooksett, and on Loudon Road, were all involved. Vajgrt was released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 13, to face the charges.
  • Frederick E. Estes, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Jan. 13, on a Bench Warrant. According to an arrest report, Estes was wanted by the Concord District Court for non-payment of fees. The incident allegedly occurred on Church Street on Oct. 26, 2011.
  • Jacob Bouchard, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 13, and charged with Possession Of Infernal Machine; Penalty, a felony, two counts of Burglary, Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, Conspiracy, and Receiving Stolen Property, all felonies, allegedly against S&W Sports on South Main Street. He was also charged with two counts Arson allegedly against Payless Shoes on 80 Storrs Street and allegedly against PetSmart on 299 Loudon Road and Conspiracy, a felony, allegedly against Goodale’s Bike Shop on Triangle Park Drive. Police allege he was in possession of previously exploded aerosol cans. The Second Start student was arrested at 8:56 p.m. at Portsmouth Street. Bouchard was held on $65,000 cash bail and had a court date on Jan. 17.
  • Joshua Israel Abbott, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 13, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. The student was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Church Street. Abbott refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 16.
