ARREST LOG: Concord Police Make More Drug, Theft Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Dustin Averill, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on Dec. 14, and charged with Riot, a felony, and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). Police allege the on Dec. 3. Averill was released on $7,000 personal recognizance bail. He is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
  • Lawrence Powell, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Dec. 14, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge, reportedly against the on . Police allege that Powell stole cleaning supplies worth $78.75 at 5:50 a.m. on Nov. 27. He is due back in court on Jan. 30, 2012.
  • , 47, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 14, and charged with First Degree Assault, Criminal Threatening (Use Of Deadly Weapon), both felonies, Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and Criminal Trespass. Police allege that Zwisler used a “knife/cutting instrument” during a “lovers’ quarrel.” The incident reportedly took place on Thompson Street. She was held without bail and had a court date on Dec. 15.
  • Shayne Goodhue, 51, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 14, and charged with Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty, Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and Receiving Stolen Property Firearm, a felony. He was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Canton Circle. He was held without bail and had a court date on Dec. 15.
  • Kendall Joyal, 18, of Webster, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. on Dec. 15, and charged with Conduct After An Accident and Moving A Vehicle. The charges reportedly stem from an incident at 3:05 p.m. on Nov. 18. The allege victim in the case was a woman who was a stranger to Joyal. He is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
  • Winfield Call, 18, of Loudon, was arrested on Dec. 15, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs charge. He was arrested at 11:19 a.m. at on Village Street. According to an arrest report, school officials were the reporting party and witness in the case. Call has a court date on Jan. 23, 2012.
  • April Clark, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 15, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer charge, allegedly against a female friend. Police allege that the incident took place on Dec. 3, on Warren Street. Clark has a court date set for Jan. 23, 2012.
  • Randall Hamilton, 21, of Loudon, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Dec. 15, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer charge, allegedly against Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that the incident took place on Nov. 13. Later in the day, Hamilton was charged with two Theft charges, allegedly against on Loudon Road. Police allege that the incidents took place at two different times on Nov. 26. Hamilton was released on $6,000 personal recognizance bail and has a follow up court date on Jan. 23, 2012.
  • Joseph Meli, 20, of Boscawen, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on Dec. 15, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, allegedly against female friend. Police allege that the incidents occurred on Aug. 12 and Oct. 4, at a Thompson Street address, and involved $305.67. Meli is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
  • Phillip Carpenter, 25, of Pembroke, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on Dec. 15, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, allegedly against on South Main Street. Police allege that Carpenter stole a Bud Light overhead lamp from the basement of the restaurant on Nov. 25. The lamp was valued at $150. Police reportedly recovered the lamp on Dec. 1. Carpenter has a court date on Jan. 23, 2012.
