When Are the Trick-or-Treating Times?
It is allowed in Concord on one day; Penacook on another.
The Concord Police have released the official treat-or-treating times for the city. So your ghost and goblins, out looking for trouble and tasty treats, only have a few hours to be out and about.
In Penacook, trick-or-treating will be allowed between 5 and 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
For the rest of Concord, trick-or-treating is happening between 5 and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.
