A Workshop on changing your relationship to food and self with healthy awareness, mindful eating, and dietary substance.
If
you’ve struggled with stress or emotional eating, weight loss that
doesn't last, or are just curious about integrating healthier eating
habits, please join us for this informative and experiential workshop.
We’ll be looking at:
- What mindfulness is and how it relates to stress and making healthy choices
- Recognize personal triggers, emotions, and belief systems that feed poor habits
- Develop supportive eating strategies without deprivation
- Experiment and have a real taste of mindful eating
- Gain a positive perspective on social-emotional challenges that sabotage success
