Rejuvenate Your Peace Practice
If the busyness of the
world has claimed your attention lately, join us for this reaffirming
workshop to reinvigorate your personal peace practice. It’s natural to
ebb and flow; invite yourself to get grounded in the solid foundations
of mindfulness and meditation.
Included in our time together may be, among others:
- Sitting and walking meditation
- Mindful eating
- Personal reflections
- Loving-kindness and Compassion
- Ways to pause more purposefully throughout the day and to sustain integration of peace in each moment
- Sharing in community with other like-minded Beings
Meant
for any lightly-seasoned practitioner and beyond, we’ll reconnect with
the cultivation of peace and personal awareness in the moments both on
and off the cushion.
