Film Premiere: Refugees of Shangri-La

Come join us at Red River Theatres in Concord for a very special event. It's the NH premier of The The Refugees of Shangri-La, a documentary film that follows the refugees from the Kingdom of Bhutan as they abandon their 20 year hopes of returning to a paradise lost and resettle to America. Many refugees from the film are now residents of Manchester and Concord. Stay for the post film discussion with local film directors Doria Bramante and Markus Weinfurter, and members of the Bhutanese Community of New Hampshire.

Tickets are $30 (limited)- includes entrance to the film and a spot at the pre-screening reception (6pm) – share food, drink and conversations with the film directors and members of the Bhutanese Community.
