Former Franklin Mayor, Others Endorse Testerman

Conservative activist lines up more state representatives to her effort.

Conservative activist Karen Testerman released the names of the latest list of Republicans endorsing her campaign for U.S. Senate on May 30, among them, a number of legislators and the former mayor of Franklin, Tony Giunta.

This latest round of endorsements, the campaign said, showed that she was getting support as the "true Republican platform candidate" in the race.

"I am honored to receive the support of those listed here," Testerman said in a statement. "They represent New Hampshire's commitment to a candidate that has lived a principled life and that will bring truth and integrity to Washington. DC. on their behalf. I will support the people of New Hampshire and defend the Constitution while serving at the pleasure of New Hampshire residence while in Washington, D.C."

One activist, Margot Lucas, an administrative assistant, said she was "tired" of the hearing about the "so-called war on women" and appreciated having a candidate who was "fighting for the values I grew up with."
