Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 21, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Tamah Desbiens, 40, of Pembroke, was arrested on Nov. 15, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, Conduct After An Accident, and Unauthorized Use Of Propelled Vehicle. She was arrested at 5:53 a.m. on Pembroke Road. Desbiens refused bail.
  • Paul Tremblay, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, on two Bench Warrants reportedly related to incidents that occurred on Nov. 14, on Gully Hill Road. He has a court date set for Nov. 21.
  • Roy McNair, 30, of Concord, was arrested on 12:50 p.m. on Nov. 15, on a Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. Police allege that the charge is based on an incident that took place on Nov. 6, on Oak Street. The victim in the case, according to police, was McNair’s female spouse.
  • Jason Marcoux, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 16, on two Warrants from the Franklin District Court. He was picked up at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street. Marcoux is due back in Franklin District Court on Jan. 3, 2012.
  • Matthew Peters, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 16, and charged with Stalking and Violation Of Probation Or Parole. He was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at on North Main Street. Peters was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 17.
  • Jenny Braganca, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 16, on a Theft charge against . She is due back in court on Dec. 12.
  • Michael Hicks, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 16, on a Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense charge. He was arrested at 11:03 p.m. at the Shell on Loudon Road. Hicks had a court date on Nov. 17.
  • Brandon Weatherbee, 18, of Pembroke, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Nov. 16, and charged with Reckless Conduct; Place Another In Danger, Negligent Driving, and Unlawful Or Unsafe Backing Of A Vehicle. Police allege that the charges against Weatherbee are based on an incident at on Loudon Road on Oct. 8. He has a court date set for Dec. 12.
  • Abigail Capon, 43, of Goffstown, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. on Nov. 17, and charged with three counts of Forgery, all felonies, Burglary, a felony, and Theft. Police allege that Capon broke a window at a Green Street business and stole a Bover ceramic kitchen knife, a partially filled bottle of Jack Daniels, and loose change, on July 31. Police also allege that Capon stole a 30-pack of cans of Natural Ice beer from the Hess gas station on North Main Street on Sept. 25. Capon had a court date on Nov. 18.
  • Melissa Sadatis, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on Nov. 17, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. Police allege the victim was a female acquaintance. The incident reportedly occurred on Oct. 26, on Garvins Falls Road. Sadatis has a court date set for Dec. 12.
  • Jessica Kimball, 22, of Loudon, was arrested at 9:03 a.m. on Nov. 17, on three charges of False Report To Law Enforcement. According to police, Kimball filed the false reports on Aug. 2, and Nov. 6, at the station and the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord. Bail was set at $7,000 personal recognizance and she is due back in court on Dec. 12.
