Custom Kups, the Keurig coffee shop on 132 N. Main St., recently closed its retail location in Concord and opened on Dover Road in Chichester and now, another Main Street storefront needs your Visions for Vacancies.
The storefront, right next to The Barley House Restaurant, is located in front of a crosswalk, so there is plenty of foot traffic. It offers about 500 square feet of space in a building that was built in 1863. The broker for the property is Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate.
A lot of stores on this strip have come and gone from the northeastern side of North Main Street. Custom Kups gave it a go for two years before moving; Estate Jewelry & Coin was located in the space for about two years too before closing.
