Both sides of I-93 in Concord are completely shut down to traffic due to downed wires.
The wires are located between Exits 15 and 16. The highway will be shut down for at least the next few hours.
According to scanner chatter, Comcast, which owns the wires, is unable to get to scene for at least 20 minutes.
State police are also trying to get DOT to the scene.
