With three community-minded and popular candidates vying for a single seat, Ward 3 is bound to be a busiest voting spot in the city this year. At just before 11 a.m., 132 folks had cast ballots. In other words, not a bad start but not exceptional either. Staffers at The Beaver Meadow Bar & Grill joked that it should be the busiest polling location in the city - the bar opened at 7. Another voter remarked that it seemed a bit slow.
