Severe Thunderstorms Heading Our Way?

The possibility of thunderstorms with heavy rain, strong wind and hail has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a severe thunderstorm watch for July 2.

The watch means that conditions are favorable for the formation of a severe thunderstorm, which could include hail and damaging winds.

The watch covers Merrimack County and parts of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
