The IRONHEART 5K run/walk s a family-friendly fun run that benefits the Nick of Time Foundation, ensuring that our kid’s hearts stay safe while playing and exercising at our schools and on our playing fields.

- Pre-register: $25.00 / Same Day: $30.00 / Toddler Trot: a donation to an IRONHEART or local charity
- Location/date: Rollins Park, Saturday, May 5, 2012
- Race Start time: 9AM / Toddler Trot: 10:45AM

- AfterParty! Following the race, there will be a festival with expo and community demonstrations (ie. Karate school demonstrations, bike and helmet safety check etc) from which will include awards from 10am-Noon.
