Bow Lake Dam 15k/5k

Strafford, NH - Touched by Maggie Rose, a local 10 year old girl with Cystic Fibrosis, a community bands together to organize a local event to fund research that might one day cure the disease.

Maggie Rose can’t believe the efforts being made to help not only her, but all CF victims. Each year she finishes the race feeling more and more empowered. “One of my favorite things is being your special example for Cystic Fibrosis. I like when people come here to help us raise money. People like me, love people like you! Thank you” wrote Maggie Rose in a letter to the participants and staff of the Bow Lake Dam race.

Maggie Rose and organizers invite runners and walkers to picturesque Bow Lake to enjoy a fun and unique event to raise money for a good cause, Saturday June 16th, 2012. Walk, run, or dance the 5 kilometers, or just come to hear great music, eat great food, and stand with a community behind something worthwhile.
